Very disappointed and felt it should have been handled differently

Easy to reach , nothing out of this world feel safe and offers on site breakfast

We froze the room would not heat up complaining to staff who didn’t really take it serious. Asked for warmer blanket she just brought a sheet like thing . We followed her instructions on heater and I swear it felt like the air conditioning was on . I slept in my down vest long sleeve shirt and socks all night.Had to crawl into bed at eight to cover up-and warm up ! Room never got more than 18 degrees!! Even with space heater given to us by desk. Complained the next morning after not having a shower because of the room temp and she just said we should have been moved hotel was long way from being full. Very disappointed

It is old. No pool. Pretty basic breakfast. But the worst part was our neighbours were loud. You can hear everything.

The breakfast was alright.

The breakfast had only 2 protein options and one was pork. Some cultures do not eat pork so it’s best have a little bit more variety.

First time we have stayed at this hotel. Great location, service and staff.

The lady who looked after breakfast was great. Very friendly and was quick to top up items that were running low and clean up.

A bar on the premises would have been very convenient.

Superb

Good solid hotel that is well taken care of and clean. It was extremely cold during our stay and plug-ins were available.

The coffee was terrible! Seemed like it was brewed at half strength, and I really appreciate a good coffee in the morning. Had to leave the property on a very cold morning to find real coffee.
