there was no microwave in the room for the price that I paid unacceptable and the cable Tv is no good need to have more technology

I did not like how the parking was from the rooms. Felt unsafe for two woman traveling to walk from a parking lot in the back of the hotel to rooms behind the pool. The stairs and hall to rooms was dark.

Everything was good. We had a great room, the location is near my family & my son's wedding was perfect.

They need better parking! The Lot has small spaces & when big truck park they take up two spaces. It would be nice if they served breakfast (bagels, coffee, tea, rolls) and not charge if you wanted to get breakfast.

The concierge at check in. We should have left right then and there. She clearly didn’t like us and had a poor attitude upon our arrival. When it was discovered that the room that we booked was a smoking room, she copped an attitude with us because she had to change our room. We were never told on booking.com that this property had no elevator and that we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs with all our luggage and bags. Yet, our room was described as handicapped accessible. We are not disabled, just a little elderly and this put a hardship on us to walk up these steep steps. The property was run down and FILTHY. The entire place, including our room smelled of smoke. We did not feel safe in any area of this property. The parking lot at any given moment was filled with shady characters sitting in their cars doing, I don’t know what. Besides our room smelling from smoke, the room itself was filthy. The bathroom was a literal hole in the wall with a walk in shower that was clearly dirty and has a nasty slime on the bottom. There is no way in hell that a wheelchair could have fit through the door of the bathroom and, there were no railings on the shower itself.
