Everything seemed old and not taken care off

The room had an offensive oder. There was visible staining on the walls, couch, chair and the bed frames. I would have left and went to a different location if we could have found something available. When I told the staff I was offered an air freshener and given 15$ off. I don’t anticipate ever staying at a Ramada after our experience

Staff rushing for check out and shortage of cutlery. No complementary breakfast.

Everything was clean and it was really comfortable to stay

The room was wonderful. It provided mobility access - a walk in shower and large area for walker or wheelchair. The room had a king size bed, a comfortable side chair and a desk with chair for computer use.

Nothing - everything met our needs including providing beverages in the lobby for guests.

Room was fine.

On arrival I was told that I had no booking. I had 4 rooms booked and the paperwork to prove it so, I was given the rooms. I was then told that neither the bar nor the restaurant were open and would not be open during our visit. The only breakfast availible was a buffet which was certainly the worst that any of the seven of us ever experienced I cannot understand how a hotel without a bar or a restaurant can have a 4 star rating.
