Disappointing not meeting expectations

Good views of mayon volcano The owner helped us facilitate getting taxis to the airport and getting around the city

1 . Unable to flush toilet because no water 2. Construction ongoing why trying to rest whitout any notice 3. No cleaning of the rooms on our stay

Disappointing

The place is okay but trying to shower was very difficult as low water pressure the doors on the bathrooms where very noises and woke up people sleeping, The other issue was construction in room's very early in the morning Making it very hard to rest past 0730am in the morning.

Cheap room but customer service is terrible

I booked the room for the employees. The son of the owners Philip was the problem in the property. I think he is the same person complained by the other customers.

Staff Philip. He asked one of my drivers to pay for the room when in fact it has been paid via booking.com. It turned out that the other drivers were just put in a different room. They need to improve coordination and customer service

FAR FROM EVERYTHING!!!

Far from the tourist spots, far from the city center, far from restaurants, it's also hard to get to the place after 6 pm because public transportations don't pass by at the location. The place is hard to locate, even food deliveries had a hard time delivering my food. Also, there's no signal inside the room.

VERY TERRIBLE!!!

One of the owners demanded me to pay for extra water fee because of their faulty toilet. According to him, I consumed a lot of water during my stay because I didn't inform them that there was a problem with their toilet. First off, I am not an expert when it comes to that kind of stuff so I thought the water running inside the toilet was just normal, second IT IS THE OWNER'S OBLIGATION to check everything before they let a guest check-in. Also, he kept telling me that they are also paying high for electricity because I stayed most of the time inside the room and I used the aircon all day. I paid in full for an overnight stay so I have the right to stay inside the room if I wanted to. You should just run a per-hour room if you are concerned about such a thing. I refused to pay any extra fees because it wasn't my fault at all!

All the faciliyies and even the staff and the owner arr very approachable and accomodating since we arrived and we left.thankyou so much💘😘🙏
