The staff service is excellent. Upon check-in, one lady who attended our request was very professional, attentive and meticulous. We requested to change our room and she made sure that we were happy with the new room and if we need any further assistance, we can always reach out to her. It definitely gave us a very good impression of the hotel and our stay there.

The staff are excellent and extremely helpful . All of the staff are wonderful

This is not a family hotel so if you have kids it’s not suitable . Kids are not allowed in the club lounge which is a waste of your extra payment for drinks and food . Sunday brunch is adults only too. Pool is very small . They have just opended so a lot a lot of teething issues , operations etc, if you’re a couple or single this hotel will suit you . The food quality is also very poor at the moment , we ordered room service on many occasions which was disappointing.
