rien, très déçu

tout, vieux, pas propres, moisissures dans la salle de bain, l’appareil de chauffage dans la salle de bain est rouillé, le store de la fenêtre effiloché sur les cotés, fils d’araignées

It was very nice to have the fireplace. The spa was great as well. They had 1 tub and a sauna. Just was not very comfort

The spa was lovely, the people were very nice.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable. They felt very used and we could not fall asleep comfortably. All the regular rooms have connecting doors (which were locked) but they did not advertise this before hand.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un petit séjour reposant

Très bon accueil Emplacement très pratique, derrière les commerces mais très calme Chambre spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire dont une baignoire à bulles!

Manque un peu de rénovation dans les parties communes

Très cher payé pour une si mauvaise nuit

L’emplacement est parfait

Trop vieux comme établissement, le confort du matelas très mauvais, l’insonorisation de la chambre on entend tout, la chambre voisine a écouté la tv jusqu’à 2:00am pas dormi tout ce temps-là, la tuyauterie est bruyante quand quelqu’un des chambres voisines vont au toilette.

Enjoyable and friendly. Close to restaurants and stores.

Clean and close to all activities in St Sauveur. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Someone in our party became ill at one point and the staff was very helpful. We would strongly recommend!!

Perfect getaway!

The outdoor facilities were truly the highlight of our trip! We loved the all season pool and hot tub, kept very clean and not too busy, it was exceptional after a long day of skiing. The room was very relaxing and we loved that we got to actually use the fireplace. The room had everything we needed for a lovely getaway and the location was close to ski resorts and some decent restaurants/bars :)

Good place to spend a night after skiing

location was perfect since we were there to ski. Also right across from a Loblaws so we were able to grab food to eat in the room instead of eating out.

No parking at the hotel. The fridge in room was noisy...could hear the neighbor snoring...l won't book again

Excellent location and beautiful comfortable rooms

It was our first time at this hotel. We were extremely happy that we did. The room was clean and large. The beds extremely comfortable . Staff very helpful and courteous. We also enjoyed the food fire fireplace and the spa at the hotel. We will go back very soon and highly recommend it

Great location, great staff, and large rooms make this hotel a great choice in St. Sauveur.

The room was large with a function fire place and a great bathtub. It also had a little (very little) kitchenette area with a toaster over, microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker, and sink with dish soap and a dish towel. This was super helpful during our stay.

Amazing stay

The room is huge with a nice fireplace. There is a bath/spa in the bathroom in addition to the shower. The kitchenette was also appreciated. We enjoyed very much the outdoor swimming pool and spa. The location is ideal, near main street and supermarket !

Very cozy hotel room with lots of facilities and close to Amerispa.

Convenient fire log placed beside the fireplace with matches, very easy to startup and very cozy. Spa tub is very easy to use as well and easily fits 2 people.

The concierge cut off our water as the room below us had a water leak from the ceiling while I was showering.

loved the size of the room with the bistro table area.

the sheets! they were sticky and hot. I prefer per ale. these were tough to move in.

Very nice stay.

We were able to burn a log, that was supplied, in the fireplace with matches that were also supplied. Nice touch. Room was a great size.

Furniture was tired, saw the odd cobweb and dust on the baseboard

Nice location

Bring your own pillows. The ones provided are too big. You end up sleeping with your arm above your head. The bed is comfortable.
