Excellent location in the cultural district, super close to everything. Also the stadiums. Very comfortable room, excellent view (as promised) and friendly staff. Characteristic property with grand features but not as fussy as the William Penn. Easy parking (no need to do the valet thanks to the parking across the street..).
Coffee bar is not always open.

It was on the river, had good restaurants nearby.
No regular restaurant attached. No info card about facilities (tv stations, hours/days for breakfast, when the hours for the downstairs restaurant were/not).

What a bizarre hotel. Right out of a sience finction movie. Huge, big, dark, impressive. We had a corner room overlooking the bridges and the river. The windows could be opened. Great room, great shower and bath. A huge TV with excellent reception and I thought also Netflix and youtube, but we did not try the last two. There are reasonable restaurants nearby, but it is helpful if you make reservations, otherwise they are full.
The room is difficult to darken. Because of the high windows, the blackout curtains do not fit nicely. So if you are in a corner room, the light, from the spotlights aimed at the facade at night, falls into the room.

Beautiful hotel. Great location.
The noise isolation is none existent. Shower did not work in our room. A lot of street/ road noise kept us up most of the night.

The river view room was amazing - best view in the city. Staff was friendly and helpful - especially Joey at the front desk and Tom for morning coffee. Rooms were spacious and quiet.
There were hints of old remodeling and older walls/finishes in the bathroom, which contrasted a bit with how nice the main rooms was. Also the conditioner was either replaced with something else or had gone bad - it smelled horrible and vinegary and damaged my hair.

Everything. Joe at the front desk is exceptional.

We liked everything.

The gorgeous view, river side 11 floor. Breathtaking
The enormity of the flatscreen- really took away from the room and obstructed my view of the river.

We liked how close it is to the baseball field
We got our room late… this is the second time we stay here and pay for a suite and the room was small

The location was great. The building was beautiful. The room was comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I was disappointed in the selection of food for breakfast. Paying extra for lounge access the offerings was really subpar. Wouldn't waste my money on that next time.

Location to waterfront. Beautiful lobby area. Valet parking available. Huge room with nice Aveda shampoo and body wash. Soft bed.
Tub faucet dripped constantly. Air conditioner vent was pointed at my bed and blew on my face all night. We were only given one regular coffee and one coffee cup for two people. Fridge wasn't plugged in when we arrived and after we plugged it in, it froze everything inside
