Great visit, wonderful staff, walkability is perfect. Our second time there and won't be our last.

Staff, breakfast, location, beds and linens, pool - all excellent. Love the kitchen area too.

The elevators are a bit long in coming - one was out of service, but the flow was not good. We often took the stairs from 15 because the elevator would pass us by going up or down.

Absolute phenomenal stay.

Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing

I really like how close it is to broadway, but not too close where it’s crowded. Location was just perfect. Hotel Staff and bar staff were super sweet and friendly.

I don’t have anything to complain about!

Great location, friendly staff, would stay here again.

Breakfast was very good, lots of staff to assist with keeping food replenished. Plenty of seating area.

More selection for breakfast, ie: fruit options besides apples, oranges and bananas.

Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices

In our room the carpet was very dated and worn and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Made the mistake of walking without shoes and my feet were filthy. Did not like having to pay $50 a day to park a car as there were no close options for a handicapped person.

Superb

Loved my room! Comfortable bed, high windows with a city view, really nice shower room. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So much variety and you can take away to eat in your room. Lots of towels provided too and if you want room service just let reception know. TV had you tube to watch. Pool was nice and a lively bar/restaurant if you want it and also the gym facility was great. Very central so can easily walk to the action but away from the main strip.

Lifts could take ages and sometimes queue. Quite expensive.

Horrible I would never come back

The location

Pretty much everything we thought we were getting a balcony and we didn’t, the pillow how some blood stains on it and the staff was not informative about anything I asked about. There was a $100 charge extra to my account and I have still not been reimbursed for it. I asked about it and they said oh ya we just take that for security purposes but never mentioned it anywhere before booking

Prior to checking in my credit card was charged for the stay of 3 nights, which was fine. But on the 2nd day of my stay I was charged an additional $300.00 that I was not made aware of for “incidentals”. I had to go to the check in desk to inquire about this charge and was told I would be refunded upon checking out but will take 5 to 7 business days to release. I would have appreciated it if someone had told me that upon checking in.

It was ok, but could have been better, at least offer powdered sugar and whipped cream for the waffles as my fiancé has an allergy to eggs.

That we could bring our own drink to the pool in a plastic cup. Also, there was nothing to float around on in the pool.

Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great location walking distance to Broadway, many attractions and a variety of restaurants. The Staff was generally friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and workout facility. The bar food was very good ~ especially the cauliflower bites.

The "free" breakfast was sub-par quality for the cost of the nightly hotel rate. The elevators were very congested and slow ~ especially during daily check-in / check-out times. I felt like I was in college move-in. It was a bit confusing about how to get basic housekeeping services like getting fresh towels and consumables (toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, soap) and having trash picked up, but I figured it out.

Amazing stay

This hotel is amazing. The breakfast was great. The pool area in nice, they have 2 bars, a rooftop and one by the pool. You can also order food at the bar by the pool. The staff is so nice. Location is amazing. Definitely going to stay here again.
