Could have been better experience

Breakfast was great. Space was nice. Hot tub area was good.

They knew we were staying the whole weekend but when quoting parking price only told us the total for one night. So we were shocked to see how much it cost for 2 nights parking. They should have been forthcoming with the total parking cost so we could have looked for an alternative as it was Very expensive

OK Hotel and facilities, breakfast only average, area only so so, next time we stay by waterfront

Stayed her on 3 separate occasions in August Breakfast was OK, but typical US / Canadian fare so basically unhealthy and over processed.

Quality of breakfast Vancouver has a major drug problem, and some wasted spaced out druggies in the streets nearby (and this is not a bad part of town by any means)

Don't stay here.

Comfortable bed and room

Tired bathroom, rusty and rotten shower hose, desperately in need of replacment. The so called 'complimentary breakfast' was dire.

We had a wonderful stay and would return!

Location and the ladies at the front desk! The shower was 10 stars for water pressure and ease of use.

No bar, no restaurant, mattress saggy on the side. Area rug under bed should be replaced.

Enjoyable apart from manager who was rude to us in front of other guests despite hotel at fault.

A pleasant quite spacious room with a balcony and kitchen. The hotel was fairly close to the ferry to Granville Island. My grandson liked the swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Nice large room. Convenient location, particularly for Granville Island

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, insufficient tables and chairs for the number of guests . Tables not cleared after people left.

Great and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed-loved the balcony!

Breakfast was good, some different offerings each day; should have provided oil spray for the waffle machine because waffles kept sticking.

No oil spray for waffle maker.

Excellent place to stay and relax; many options and facilities/services.

Location was quiet yet near many options for food, shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent and had many facilities. Would definetly recommend to my friends and family.

Breakfast could been since 6:00 am for those who travel early.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. We would definitely book this property again.

Breakfast was great! Lots of variety.. Our room space was adequate. Clean with comfortable beds.The kitchenette was very convenient. The staff were all pleasant, welcoming and efficient.

2 cups in the cabinet were dirty. They were put in without being washed so it made us feel that they were all dirty. Didn't trust that anything else was clean after that. Please pay attention to this as a repeat can bring down your ratings.

breakfast was OUTSTANDING, great variety! Room and beds were very comfortable (I was on the sofabed)! Loved the enclosed patio! Special thanks to Mike, my mum had stomach flu and he allowed a late checkout so her bowels could settle down before we boarded our plane back home. I have stayed at many Residence Inns throughout North America and this was without doubt the very best!!!!!!!!!!

I wish all hotels were like this one.

1st the staff was excellent and very helpful and happy to accommodate. 2nd, the room was spacious and well equipped. Although there were not many fancy restaurants around there were many Pizza places and fast food places plus a bonus of a delicious bakery across the street. The breakfast was very nice and taxis were readily obtained. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great location, Ok stay, Poor cleaning

Great location and friendly staff.

Very poor cleaning. Previous guests' hair all over the bathroom, dirty and stained towels. Beddings were not changed, bathroom sink was not washed on cleaning day. Not surprised we came back to meet the previous guests hair haven't moved an inch.

Great hotel for busy tourists

Excellent location in a safe area with lots of restaurants which was within walking distance of most things. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. breakfast was a nice addition and the staff made sure you felt welcome. really pleased we chose this hotel.

Room service was only every second day.

A comfortable place to make your base camp to explore the city.

Very helpful front desk staff. Great room with kitchen facilities. Easy walk to explore loads of places in and around the city. We would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Vancouver.

Location was very central, great to have a nice breakfast to start the day. Appreciated that they accommodated our request for a room on arrival as we had travelled such a long way from Australia and were exhausted.

Enjoyed our family vacation and would stay again!

The hotel location was central to public transit which we enjoyed. The rooms were a great size and the hotel was clean. Our family enjoyed the large breakfast selection each morning.

The bed sheets were not very soft- they were a little rough.
