Enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfy. If you needed to cook items.were there for simple.meals. Staff was nice. Pool was still closed. I get it waiting on a part. Are rooms discounted due to that?

Pricey considering the couch in our room was heavily torn. Check in and waited 30 mins while the checked what rooms were clean?! Is staff not reporting that already? How do you not know ? We checked in after 3 pm and even pre checked in the day prior. Why was it not already taken care of.

Room had not been cleaned at all, sticky floors, garbage can had not been emptied overall filthy. They gave us a new room, it was much better, but no apologie or explanation from management.

The property was close to restaurants and store but so is every hotel in this area.

This hotel is the most expensive in the area but pictures on booking make it look beautiful and worth it. There was no pool no hot tub no gym and no hot breakfast!! The couch does not pull out into a bed it pulls out into a disgusting lumpy cot, that is unsleepable!! We also found a small bug in the bed that appears to be a bed bug!!! This place was horrible! Unfortunately everywhere else was booked so we were stuck here for 4 days!! I called booking and they offered me nothing the hotel offered to take $20 off a night which After looking at my charge they did not even do that. I will never stay here again and never book from booking ever!!
