We loved our stay here! Great quiet location. The room was spacious and clean with lovely view of the river. The staff was very polite and made our stay even better. Special shout out to Hien for going above and beyond for us!

- there’s no elevator - making it difficult for seniors-older people
- in the room we were in, the bathroom and toilet are seperate. It’s almost like a studio set up (so you’re showering in the middle of the living room). Not sure if all rooms were like that, but ours was so a little strange/odd.

予約の際に写真で見ていた通りリバーサイドの景色が何よりとてもよかった。部屋も広くエアコンも効くので居心地がいい。フロントなどのスタッフがとてもよく、とてもフレンドリーに接してくれ旅の楽しさが倍増で来た。立地条件もとてもよくぶらぶら歩いて全てを観光できる。朝食はブッフェ式の他にいくつかのパターンから好きなメニューを選べてよかった。
シャワーとトイレが同じ部屋にあり、シャワーの水がトイレスペースにも飛び散るのが日本人にはとても気になり、小さくなってシャワーを浴びた。シャワーと便器に大きな仕切りがあったり、もっと床が傾斜しシャワールームの排水がトイレの方に行かなければいいと思ったし、使っているうちに段々お湯がぬるくなったのでゆっくりはできない。
部屋に置かれてるタオルが2枚で、バスタオルと小さなハンドタオルだったので、バスタオルと細長いフェイスタオルだったらもっと嬉しかった。1Ｆレストランの外、リバーサイドのテーブルで夜、友人と話をしたかったが、そこはレストランで注文したドリンクなどを飲まないと座れないと言われがっかりした。

Amazing location! Beautiful views, great breakfast, just outside of the hustle of old town but a very easy walk to all the sounds/sights. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and I will dearly miss Hien. I can honestly say she has become a friend in just a few short days. She made our time in Hoi An soo special and if I’m ever lucky enough to come back I will stay here again to spend time with her! Truly, the most incredible people work at this hotel. They all care soo beautifully for it and to support your stay.
It was pretty perfect. If I had to say anything I’d say the beds were hard but honestly I’m not certain if I would have noticed that had I not read other reviews. Were did borrow bikes and checked the tires/breaks before hand, make sure you do that and adjust as needed.

This was a great little hotel with everything promised as delivered. I really just wanted a balcony over the river watching the boats with a pool and all and it was perfect. Staff were very attentive and could organise anything you needed including a nice cold bevvy after the swim. There were restaurants and mini mart very close by so everything was catered for. It was a 4 star hotel feel without the major names involved, so it was real local living which was great for the location. Breakfast was made to order on the river so what better start to the day. I loved everything about this hotel.
Apart from the paper thin walls and floor, yes you can hear everything in other rooms but it didn't interfere with my stay, I did really enjoy this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff so incredibly helpful and friendly. It was my birthday the day we checked in and although I hadn't mentioned it they gave me a lovely cake and I was incredibly touched by this. Thank you x

The room quiet, modern, clean and spacious with a lovely river view. The staff were very helpful with tours and drivers. We thought the breakfast was terrific as well.
The bed was a little hard for us and we felt that the air-conditioning in the family wasn't quite powerful enough.

The whole staff was welcoming. Hien advised us on many things to do/where to go, and you should definitely listen as well. The location is perfect as the hotel is two steps from the old town, although it is far enough to make it a very quiet place so you can enjoy the riverside.

It's not such a big hotel, but so amazing people who are working there. So friendly and always really caring. They gave me a lot of useful tips for spending my time in Hoi An wisely.
Breakfast was really good. Always fresh fruits and you can choose between several dishes that are individually prepared for you (eg scrambled eggs).
The pool is extraordinary clean and nice to cool down.
They make everything possible for you. I can highly recommend this place.

The people (Hien) and the other staff are delightful. So so helpful. The location is great , about a 10 min walk to the city action and right on the river front which is a total winner. The sunsets from the balcony are awesome with the boats going by. Rooms are spotless and everything feels very comfortable. Secure bike / motorbike parking , and a lovely pool right at the riverfront. Good breakfast too! Fresh local fruit and lots of other options if you're in the mood.
I was at a different hotel in Hoi An before and I switched to come here. I'm glad I did. I'm coming back in 3 weeks and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's great.
I hate to even mention this, because otherwise everything was perfect, but there was a booking mixup when I extended my booking, so I had to move rooms for the last night. It's because I originally booked a double but was given a twin room (which was fine for me) but then when I extended the mismatch was discovered. That was a bit irritating as I had to repack everything and it took some time.. The second room on the ground floor was also nice as it it's basically poolside but you don't get the river view. Also the first room had great hot water. The second room didn't for some reason.
Despite all this I'm coming back in 3 weeks and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Everything about my stay was perfect. First of all, Hien, at reception, is lovely! Right off the bat, she gave me excellent suggestions on what to do and eat. And later, when she noticed I wasn't feeling well (picked up a cold after many days of travel), she gave me really caring advice. So, not only was the staff amazing, but the room was even better than I imagined. It was big, clean, and had plentiful AC (Hoi An was hot!). But the best part of the room was the balcony and its wonderful view. The hotel is a quick walk to everything, but it was also quiet--which I loved. Oh, and breakfast was yummy! I'd definitely recommend the Riverside White House Hotel!

Wonderful view of the river, at night it was lovely sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. Its a short walk from the main area so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast area is nice.

All the hotel staff was super kind and helpful, starting with Hien who was at the reception. She gave us useful information to make the best out of our stay in Hoi An. The hotel was in walking distance (5mins) to old town. Walk from the hotel to the town by the river was more relaxed than taking the roads with many motor bikes! Rooms were clean and value for money. The western breakfast, made to order with egg/pancake with fruits and bread was great too. Totally recommend.
No elevator but it wasn’t a problem for us with small luggage.

Lovely place just near the city center. Hien, LOI and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to answer all the questions and give you precious advices for trips, restaurants, shopping and whatever you need. Strongly recommended. If you visit Hoi An and want an unforgettable experience, then go to Riverside White House hotel .

The reception staff, Ms Hien, was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a few nice tour and the Hoi An Memories Show.

The staff are amazing, especially Hien and Loi, very warm and always helpful! They go above and beyond to give recommendations for things to do that are relevant to you, and for which ones are better value for your money too. (Their recommended lantern class was really good.) You can charge all the activities they help you avail of to them, and pay at the end of your stay along with the cost of your accommodation, very convenient.
The room looks exactly like the photos. There's a continental breakfast everyday and you can choose what additional dishes to order (no extra pay). The money exchange jewelry shop they recommend really has the best rates among the dozen money exchange places we checked.
Extra: If you walk toward the Old Town from Whiteside, along the inner road (not the one right beside the river), you'll end up passing by a museum with large photographs displayed outdoors. It's a really lovely museum showcasing the different traditional costumes of almost all the indigenous Vietnamese tribes!! Worth a visit as well!!
It was really just surprising that the shower area was right in the middle of the room (just as you enter) and completely glass, with some parts frosted and with blinds inside for privacy. The toilet is separate. It was jarring, but got used to it. And it's still really clean and good quality!
For people who don't like walking, the location is a little far (~20 minute) walk from the Night Market and Old Town. I found it okay and not too far, my mother felt it was far. Your discretion.

The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Hoi An. They gave good advice and suggestions.
The hotel was in a quiet area, but easily walkable to all the parts of Hoi An a tourist would want to visit.
It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony just watching the boats come and go.
Hoi An is charming by day, and magical by night.
