Reasonably clean, convenient location, helpful staff, good value for the price, pet-friendly.

Check-in was fast and easy, the room could be accessed right from the outside, which was convenient as we were travelling with a dog. The hotel staff kindly allowed us to leave our car in a vacant spot inside the court-yard for a few hours after our check-out while we spent some time exploring Canmore itself.

Just one sink in the unit (in the bathroom) was a bit inconvenient as while one person was using the bathroom, there was no access to water for the other person.

Staff were friendly, least expensive accomodations in the whole town

Cleaning needs more attention; rooms need an upgrade if prices stay so high. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable

Nice view with a good value and great service.

We were very surprised when we came back in the evening on our second day and found out that the room had been cleaned. Usually, two-star hotels do everything to avoid room cleaning for short stays. The location is nice. You can see the mountains, and there is no excessive noise.

Would be nice to have a small microwave and bigger TV. We didn't check the hot tub and sauna, so can't comment on cleanliness of these amenities.

Great location and value for money. Kitchen had all needed to cook

Heater is very loud. Called to complain about noisy neighbors partying outside at 2am. Staff didn't take action. Had to take matters in own hands.

The room and coffee maker are dirty, shower curtain smells mold, AC and TV not working properly.

Great spot in Canmore!

Amazing spot near everything in Canmore, big enough with all the amenities necessary to make food. Confortable bed, quiet place.

We had small issues at the beginning with dirty towel and duvet but they were super quick to respond and changed everything.

Good hotel, good location, good staff, good place to stay, except... (see comments)

We booked a Loft room. There was one bedroom at the main level and one bedroom on the loft. There was no A/c or Fan in the lower bedroom. I was unable to catch sleep till the temp dropped outside. Unfortunately this time it seems it was warmer then usual so the need for A/c fan was unavoidable.

The surrounding views are spectacular and added bonus of a jacuzzi and a sauna one morning I opened the blinds in the kitchen and there was a large Elk grazing , we saw a lot of ground squirrels.the rooms were cleaned daily

The property was dated and the kitchen utensils were lacking abit, we also had noisy neighbours for a few nights..
