Perfect stay

Location was brilliant, easy to get to all the sightseeing places (10-15 mins walk to the Mosques and Palace). Access to transport was a few minutes away. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was beautiful and clean, no issues. Would stay here again!

Exceptional

We had a great stay at the Romance hotel! They had an amazing pool and spa in the basement, and the rooms and staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious every day, and the wifi in the rooms worked really well. They provided free water bottles throughout our stay, and it was a very relaxing time. It is within walking distance of all the amazing tourist attractions!

Beautiful hotel. Atmospheric. Clean, comfortable and attractive rooms. Nice pool, sauna and hammam. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Great stay

Exceptional staff, great location, great rooms

A great place the whole family loved it, the only 2 negatives, one big one small. Big negative: the steam room smelled badly of mould. I couldn’t stay in there for a more than a minute. I would have booked the Haman if it wasn’t for the smell of the steam room!! It put me off badly. Small negative: pool has a wall fountain; it would have been nice if this was put on for guests.

Superb

Loved the hotel, its location in Istanbul is excellent for tourists wanting to see the main sites. Staff are brilliant - super attentive and helpful. The much needed aircon is great and in summary the hotel is like an oasis in the middle of a busy, bustling city. Highly recommended.

Amazing

Great hotel overall. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are very clean. The hotel has a great location, with tram station right next to it and a train station nearby. Soundproofing is very good.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff team

The staff, front desk, and concierge team at Hotel Romance are amazing. The location, facilities, etc at the hotel are great, but there are many places as good. It is however the staff that makes the difference and makes Hotel Romance an excellent choice. Tayfun and the team helped with tour guides, transfers, boat tours, travel cards, restaurant reservations, and other recommendations about what to do during our short stay.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Istanbul

This hotel is a pearl if you want to visit Fatih in Istanbul. It is conveniently located close to the tram-line, and in walking distance to Topkapi and Aya Sofia. The staff was sincere and helpful. The room we had on the fifth floor was quiet and comfortable. An extra bonus to the kitchen for allergy-friendly options.

The bed was excellent, but the rest of the room was marked by tear and wear. Tourist services offererd by the hotel were pricey. As goes for the city of Istanbul, accessability for people with dissabilites should be improved dramatically.

Exceptional

The staff were welcoming and the location was great, walking distance to many of the main attractions and the tram line for everything else. We appreciated the decor of the hotel, it gave it a cosy atmosphere and was clean and charming.

The road in front of the hotel was closed so it was difficult for drop offs and pick ups. But the hotel staff were very accommodating of it and even carried out bags up to the road to be collected by the taxi.

Nice hotel, excellent staff

Excellent location - walking distance to the important touristic attractions, very friendly and helpful staff, good size room, good selection for breakfast, WiFi working perfectly

The design of the room with glass walled bathroom doesn't really work, SPA pictures a bit misleading - the pool and the whole area is very small.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room

Good breakfast and good location. Special thanks to the front desk staffs who willing to assist for early check in and late check requests. Extra mile to carry our luggage to car pickup- very good hospitality- highly recommended. Note to runners: right next to Guilane Park which connects into large cement walkway along shore of the Straits. Can easily do 10 km between Galata Bridge and ferry terminal.
