A BIG NO!!!

The only thing I liked it was the pool, that's it!!! Guys go for something else if you don't want to be disapointed! Trust me 😉

From where should I start, staff very arrogant, rude, not helpful at all, the room very smelly, when I ask the staff from front desk to send someone to clean the room, she get offended and raise the voice on me, breakfast Omg, guys DON'T. they give you nothing for that money, you better go and eat outside, very poor. My experience at this hotel wasn't great so I give a 4..!!!

Perfect!

The location was excellent. The place is a paradise in a central location. The rooms and setting are stunning. But the best part is the incredibly kind staff and the smiles and greetings for everyone. The place is so well taken care of, and the food and service were perfection.

It was a train wreck absolutely terrible

Nothing at all the worst place I have ever stayed at and for the price was pathetic. After changing rooms 3 times due to dampness / bed bugs / termites and the smell it was a total rip off. The ratings on your site did not reflect this hotel at all it was a distaster to be totally honest. I’m certain they do there on reviews. Regards Troy

beautiful tropical village in the middle of Patong

A quiet and amazingly beautiful tropical village in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Patong, a smiling and very helpful staff, a pleasant and inviting pool, we had a great time

It would be nice to get a smile from the manager of the place, too bad she doesn't try

Good value for money in central Patong area.

Location & Cost was the primary reason I selected this property - and it lived up to its expectation. Very satisfied as reflected good value for money given these two metrics.

No complaints at all - room was nice & quiet.

Beautiful garden, pool and rooms, beware the shower.

The location of this beautiful hotel can’t be beat, you’re right next to the beach. The pool and gardens are incredibly beautiful. We had a Villa at the back of the property and felt so relaxed and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was a lovely place to retreat to. We loved the traditional style furnishings and really enjoyed our stay.

Both on booking.com and the website it claims to have a sauna, apparently they got rid of this some time ago, I was really disappointed as I don’t normally book places without a sauna. They shower really needs a refurb - the holder doesn’t fit the hose so you have to hold it by hand and can’t put it up at all, and the water pressure is too much for the hose so even if you put it in the holder lower down it flies out of the holder and whips around spraying water like some kind of crazy water dragon snake. Maybe it’s possessed. If it wasn’t drowning the bathroom I might have found it funnier. The gym equipment is antiquated and very rusty, I couldn’t adjust some things because of the rust. There were dead bugs in the drink holder in the gym. I still managed a decent workout but… ick. You need to pay a 3000bht cash deposit on arrival, which is fine, I know it’s a ‘party’ area and I’m sure they deal with a lot of crap, but it’s a lot more than is standard and I think they should make it clear so you don’t get caught out. These are little things, and I wouldn’t let them deter you from staying here.

the room was very large clean and the hotel is cozy. My room (the cheapest one) was on the side of the street, a little noisy bu not too much.

the windows open on an external corridor where everybody walk to get to their room, so basically everybody can see you in if you keep the open windows

The room was clean and okay. Not what I expected for the price, I booked a room with view at the garden and a balcony. After mentioning that, I got another room which was very less comfortable and decent as the one I had before. But it was at the garden, and sort of a balcony, but not as noisy on the street side. Anyway I had much better hotels with a lower price, more friendly staff and price value.

Terrible Service! Never come here!

Location is good. Building looks nice from outside. The garden is nice. That's about it. Service is totally terrible! Never come back here!

Service is terrible! When I booked the hotel I emailed them 3 times about the single bed request and hotel transfer. They completely ignored me. That was already not a good start! At the time of check-in, they required me to pay them THB 3000 in CASH as deposit, saying in case there's any damage in the room. I didn't have that much cash and asked them to charge my credit card. They refused. They insisted that I go get cash from ATM. -- The problem is, for me to get cash from ATM my bank charges me high fees. Then when I check out, I'm leaving the country, what am I going to do with 3000 Thai Bhat cash? I'll then have to change it back at the airport then lose again in exchange rate and fees!! This is so absolutely inconvenient and ridiculous! Everything in the room is really old and falling apart. The tap water leaks, the tower rack falls off, the closet door squeaks, and they only have 4 hangers in the closet – for a so-called 4 star hotel! I stayed for 3 nights, the second day, they never came to clean my room. I asked them 4 or 5 times during the whole day!! I needed a new towel, bottled water, and needed the trash to be taken out because I ate some fruits the night before and the trash bin started to smell. By the time I came back at 10pm they still never cleaned my room. So I had to take the trash out by myself! Totally ridiculous! Once I was in the room during the day and had my DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. I I was just about to jump into the shower, but to my horror, the housekeeping opened my door from outside without any warning and wanted to enter! I was naked and screamed in shock! This is disgusting! The DO NOT DISTURB sign doesn’t mean anything to them?? This is such an awful experience!! The reception’s English is so poor. Every time I ask her something, she replies something totally irrelevant. Very unhelpful. I will NEVER come back to this hotel again!

Lots of mosquitos inside the room, room makeup service is not done by default but only by request, the breakfast was pretty poor, the reception staff wasn't so helpful

Very disappointing

We liked the location and ambience of the hotel, staff very friendly.

Beds are super hard and uncomfortable, water issues if you were lucky to have any water, showers never hot, room towels not clean properly, constantly needing the maintenance guy in and then it would take half the day to fix water issues, at one stage i took a shower in the room next door, lucky for friendly neighbour's..😏 Buffet breakfast was rubbish so we decided to eat elsewhere..

the nice garden and the swimming pool

everything,first of all i had stains and hairs all over my mattress and sheets including stains of blood after I complained about it they just changed my sheets. second thing no hot water in the shower. in the morning I couldn’t sleep someone above me made so much noise like they are doing it on purpose. i took the deluxe room on the ground floor and nothing was deluxe in this room and booking and the hotel did nothing the hotel even didn’t answer booking massage about me it was so frustrating

Disappointing

On check-out we forgot to get a deposit we made on check-in. I contacted the hotel via booking chat to find a way to recover the deposit. I proposed for them to do a refund/adjustment on my credit card. They indicated this was not possible. Then I proposed other methods (paypal, etc.) The only answers I received where vague (i.e. We will find a way to get you the money back) but their clear strategy was to let time run by so that I would forget. Over a month has passed since I checked out, and I still not have solution. I have already lost faith in finding a solution, so I am writing this review. Apart from this specific issue we had constant communication problems with their reception staff. They did not seem to have an adequate level of English for a hotel hosting mostly international tourists.
