Location even though in the center of the French Quarter, was a relaxing oasis!

Quiet but central to the action! The pool was great!

telephone didn't work, my room was not set up so I could rent movies although you had my cc from check in - never had coffee cups, cream/sugar, never cleaned up the balcony from the neighbours that left - for 3 days old towels and ashtrays overflowing. Then I come back one night both keys don't work. TV cable would go out often. the front desk lady comes to help me with food in her mouth???

The location was perfect. Right off Burbon Street.

This was our anniversary vacation. Such a crappy stay at this hotel. Sort of a mini honeymoon. Which the front desk knew that was the reason for our trip. The ceiling in our bathroom had a massive leak overnight. We woke up to a flooded bathroom counter and floor. Which got all over our toothbrushes, ruined a $50 flat iron and $50 curling iron, and some toiletries that we brought. The staff was not sympathetic, showed no concern to move us to another room. The front desk seemed put out by the issue. My main problem is that they did not reimburse us for the damages to our items. (They said they would) I want to know why we were not paid for our items when it is clearly the hotel's fault.

The convenience of where it’s located.

The water drained slowly out of the tub while showering, the water didn’t get very hot and my cable connection cord was broken.

Central location, mostly quiet rooms. Security at night only lets in guests despite all the craziness going on outside.

There was a street drummer outside the window for a bit, that was annoying

The location was just the best. New Orleans is a extremely beautiful place. Hotel is amazingly beautiful and big. Although is located in the center of the noisy Bourbon street, when you enter the rooms you hear no noise at all.

Everything was perfect. It would be nice if breakfast could be included in the booking of the room.

The location (and balcony room) gave us an up close experience of the culture of Bourbon Street.

We were shocked to find a cockroach in our room! When informing the front desk, they laughed at us and asked why we didn’t just kill it… They did offer us a room change, but with no apologies. This kind of ruined our stay, and memory of the hotel. In my opinion, this is totally unacceptable for what is expected to be a high-end hotel - especially considering the price we spent on a three night stay.

Needs a refresh for the money

It is so convenient to be on Bourbon street and within walking distance to everything

Everything was perfect

room was clean and ready on our arrival. In-room refrigerator.

Bathroom too small and outdated. No USB plugs for charging. Noise of guests from other rooms at 2:00 am. No courtesy bottles of water on check-in. Rowdy guests.

Not a lot to be honest

It was old, dirty and not value for money.

Very bad experience with this hotel. they took an extra usd100 from me (usd50 deposit per night) and never refunded me. I spent lots of time calling and emailing but they refused to acknowledge my refund even after sending proof from my HSBC bank of the amount being deducted and never refunded. I would not recommend staying here. Lots of other better options in Bourbon street.

I like that it was right on bourbon street

Staff cleaning was rude woke us up at 8 trying to cleaning up the room.

It's in the heart of the french quarter and their jazz club is amazing 😍

Rooms are a little too small but this is coming from someone who enjoys REALLY big rooms 😅 it was comfortable tho!

The location was great and convenient, most of the staff were friendly.

Upon checking in the booking site advised book now amd pay later, the hotel does not accept cash for checking in only for checkout.

Breakfast was wonderful

Location is perfect for those who want to explore the French Quarter. The hotel is located on Bourbon street - the heart of the area, but in our room there was no slightest sign of noise from the outside. It is also located literally steps away from the most of good restaurants and caffees and Jackson Square and ferry. Staff is very friendly. Pool is amazing in warm days.

Hotel esthetics were amazing The pool was amazing the Bar and food great !!! Sporadic Parties with Dj at the pool was amazing so you had a choice not to leave. The location hands down is the best I'll be coming back same time next year !!!

The bathroom in my room could have been cleaner

Location was amazing, right on Bourbon St and close to everything we wanted to do. Our stay was unfortunately short due to having to move on to our next stop. Staff was very friendly and helpful (even with our very late arrival the first night). Parking was very secure via an underground parking garage.

We could hear our neighbor having a coughing fit one morning but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It’s an older property and to be expected. PJ’s Coffee in the lobby was out of quite a few items when we tried to order. We wish the pool bar opened earlier and closed later.

Excellent location on Bourbon St. But very quiet in the room.

I loved having a balcony on a side street. the noise level from the street wasn’t that bad. the bed was comfortable and the room was well furnished

my only complaint was the bathtub/ shower. it needs to be replaced. I looked dirty because it’s so old.

It was very good located. It was clean and well maintained.

The parking was extremely expensive to the hotel guests. The swimming pool closed too early.

The property was close to everything that you would like to do in the French quarter

They did not have room service. Also the rooms did not come with any water and their coffee shop closes early.
