Would definitely stay again!

Adorably quirky, friendly staff and clean hotel. Bed was super comfortable too.

A lot of storefronts still boarded up in the area, but it’s just a few min walk to Powell’s and the Pearl District so it’s still a great location.

Disappointingly!

Clean and comfortable

Location. No bell boys or security people and the 25.00 destination fee on top of the 25.00 resort fee already included in Booking reservation. Add the 52.00 parking and the 1 night became 350.00. A little pricy for what you got.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms

Great style and space. Wonderful staff. Welcoming environment

Hi uselessness and drug use around downtown is jarring. They don’t bother or panhandle but it’s not a pretty sight.

It was quite nice

Very central location, great staff, they had complementary events in the lounge area (wine tasting) and the lounge itself was a lovely space. Decor was cool and unique. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure (though the toilet we had was a littler temperamental 😆) There was a tourism book in the room that actually proved to be very helpful. Decent amount of space for stuff (could use more)

It was a great place, so take this with a grain of salt… The room did not have a little fridge. We stayed 4 nights and we were really banking on having one. There was a $25/day charge and we were told there were many things to “make up for it” like spa credits, restaurant credits, etc… but the spa and restaurant were not open half the days of our stay. And, not really a big complaint but the room had a lot of “wasted space” where another surface - seat, counter, table, etc might have been handy.

It was great, we wanted to stay longer because how comfortable the room was and it was beautiful.

Room was uniquely decorated and spacious. There was a room divider with an additional tv, couch, table chairs. Ordering brunch was a breeze and the food was great.

I was suprised by the required valet parking, additional $50, but the staff was friendly and it was better than parkinf on the street or off site.

The price Booking.com gave me did not include a 200 fee. I was not expecting it.

beautiful relaxing hotel

loved the style, color, of the building rooms. loved the friendliness of front desk staff, janitorial staff, valet staff and bell hop staff. room was very comfortable as well. morning coffee tasted fresh and delicious. The hotel had a restaurant and spa as well.

location had homeless and weird individuals right on the corner and front of building. My family and I rushed to the hotel before 8pm to avoid our child being exposed to the homeless and weird individuals that looked like they were doing illegal activities. we wished the hotel also had more movie channels such as prime, Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus. the direct TV was slow and the remote didn’t work all the time.

Hidden fees & they eliminated the bed when we upgraded. 4 people-one bed!! And the price just about doubled with the

the property was located in a great space, but if you are charged $100 for overnight parking-some one should let you know beforehand!!!

Close to some great spots but also a lot of homeless.

Close food trucks, restaurants, it's a great location. Staff was amazing!

The decor was odd and slightly gaudy... Didnt want to go out after dark due to the large homeless population as well as seeing a fight and people smoking off drugs off of foil just walking 2 blocks. Also excessive construction and parking was a nightmare.

Worst hotel experience yet

The rooms are spacious but it is the only good thing about this place.

- we checked in to find out their parking was full and we need to park our car somewhere else. There is no option to pre-book parking. - we booked a 1bedroom king suite and a queen room with both bookings have no fridge, no kettle nor basic tea/coffee machine. - we managed to have a parking spot under the hotel on 2nd night and after checking out, we had a panic attack with the announcement that they could not find our car keys. - we paid hotel fee $25/room included in the booking by your site with the receipts all paid, no need to pay anything else at the hotel. Nope, that's not the case. Front desk charged us the Hotel fee again and now we have to wait for their manager to review the case. - location is full with homeless people. Did not feel safe after 5pm walking out front.

Wonderful, can't wait to come back...already looking at March.

We ate breakfast and dinner at Finch on Fifth, the restaurant at the hotel, both meals were great. Where can you get perfectly cooked duck confit for a reasonable price.... and awesome, super friendly service. Front Desk team was also wonderful to work with.

Chair in the room was broken. The hidabed was hard to sit on and there was hair in the bathroom. Also no hot tub
