First time I really liked everything about a hotel! So many beautiful details, customer care at very high level, people extremely nice, polite, at your service... 3 min from Hagia Sofia Delicious breakfast on the rooftop, amazing! Thank you, wonderful people ❤️

Location okay, room and bathroom very clean, breakfast was a good layout. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Room a bit cramped, Small table but no chair so to work needed to sit on the bed, No lift, no muslim shower or container. Smell of cooking oil came up the second floor at breakfast time. Just keep the kitchen door closed.

There was mold growing in the rooms. We all felt sick being in there. There was a musty smell through the majority of the hotel. The AC broke the last day and didn't have AC for several hours (they did fix it). We also used they laundry services and asked for our clothes to be dry cleaned, but instead, they were washed, ironed, and thus ruined. The hotel should be inspected by the authorities. We also didn't have a cover sheet and bed blanket, so we had to call and request. There is no room cleaning service. They only bring new towels and take the trash out every day.

Kindness of staff, always keen to help. It is in the centre. Against the first impression it is kept clean. Not shiny, spotless clean, but we have high standards. It is very good value for money. There were various options for breakfast. We liked our little private balcony.

I'm happy I chose this hotel among hundreds of others. It's very well located, so we could get to all major showplaces literaly in minutes. The staff is helpful and super friendly. I definitely recommend Rumours Inn to others as it's a real catch for its price.

this is my go-to place when I’m leisurely in Istanbul . my first stay was in 2016 . I like the location in Old Town Fatih , like the feel of the neighborhood. staff always outstandingly helpful .

This is the best hotel! We arrived on a early flight the staff offered us a free breakfast and made us feel at home. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is wonderful, the staff are brilliant , wifi is fabulous and it has a perfect location.

We will be returning. Everything was perfect.

Mediocre breakfast. A lot of things to improve like the Cakes very dry and stale as so the bread. No milk alternative so if you're lactose intolerant no options really. In general boring and repetitive.

The rooms smell like drained pipes... u can't imagine. Then they changed one of the other rooms to the second floor, which was okay but they changed my sister to just a different room in the 3rd floor. The same problem continued for her. They said " that's humidity because of the rain" u can't have a place that smells like drainage pipes

The staff was 5 stars and very helpful. You could see that they were really happy to receive and help you. We arrived very late and we had someone waiting for us with the most respectful and kindness a staff should have. As we arrived very late and we wanted to eat, he suggested multiple options to satisfy us. The location of the hotel is very good where you are in the old town city centre where you’re walking distance of all relevant monuments.

Unfortunately the pictures do not correspond to the reality. The room is full of humidity and our room was black in one ceiling corner due to this humidity. We got a room on the second floor and even though we got help with the bags, the stairs are too steep and small, as on check out we had to carry the bags ourselves and was not safe at all. Last but not least, the breakfast was the weakest point of all our stay. There was no variety of choices, and the few options available they were almost finished and I couldn’t see them replacing it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until some actions are taken.

The hotel was fully booked when we had arrived. At the time we were given the smallest room despite having booked a bigger room. The room we had was not clean, had mould on several walls, fixtures falling apart, lighting was poor, bathroom was not very clean, and air con did not work, and the smell was just awful. It felt like staying in a prison tbh. I guess that's what you get for a budget price. Despite booking my stay there for 12 days, I checked out within 3 days. I was fooled by all the good reviews on booking.com to be honest
