Good value for money.

Good location in terms access to restaurants, train & bus stations. Seemed to be in a posh area of the city. Courteous staff, available even in the middle of night.

Had to use stairs to level 2 room.

Spacious triple bed room

Clean rooms and toilets. 24x7 drinking water available. Electric kettle available. Window nets for mosquitoes.

No lift. In the triple bed non AC room, the fan was away from the bed.

Good budget option for short stay

The location is walkable to the railway station and central bus stand. This is my second time when I stayed here. Basic facilities but with promptness. Free drinking water and clean.

Room size is small and the extra chair made it more small almost impossible to make any movement. Infact comparatively bathroom size is bigger.

This hotel is at remote location due to which it's quite and no disturbance from anyone

Low staff, rooms are very small and excess furniture makes it more congested. Need to move the chairs and table to just move around the room. Wifi connection was not available on the second floor, no hot water in the shower.

Great place to stay if wanting to be near bus stations dm train station. Some great eateries around. But not much to do. Hotel rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. Would happily stay here again in the future

Our first room was like a boiler room. Very very hot. So we would only recommend a room with AC. The staff happily upgraded my room for a small fee once the room became available

The employee are friendly and the price is good. It's not the best area to visit, but for the first days it was okay.

The doors are very loud so you wake up from the neighbors.

Superb

Value for money. Neat standard room. Large size beds, sufficient tables and storage space, fridge was available, heater in the bathroom.

It would be better if bathroom were provided with exhaust fan. Blanket provided was short in size and one which does not looks a good one.

Rooms are clean but suffocating a little bathrooms were really clean, hot water was available, towels were soft amd fresh. Cannot go wrong with this.

Disappointing experience

Not very far from the city centre. Good pure Veg restuarants around

Our family had stayed in 3 rooms This property has no lift. Extremely difficult to carry your luggage to first or second floor. We had our rooms(3) in second floor Senior citizen unfriendly. We had an 84 year old family member and it was a very tiring and painful for him to cilmb two floors with steep steps The health faucet for toilet did not have the required pressure. It was a difficult situation after we are done with it to clean ourselves. The drapes for windows are very old and probably were never washed The curtains fixtures needs maintenance(the channel) The sheets had stains and was replaced aftet we spent one night on it. The television was there purely for symbolic purposes. The DTH needed to be subscribed for most of the channels. We never switched on the TV after our first night stay. The stair case lights was dysfunctional. Had to transport our luggage in very low light via steep stairs which was a herculean task. Overall it was a disappointing experience
