Nu merită cazarea la acest hotel!

Locația și camera din care se vede lumea care circula pe veranda nu mi-a plăcut!

Nu îmi place aroganta recrptionerului când i-m zis că este gălăgie cu copiii lângă camera mea! Nu a vorbit cu familia respectivă și am luat decizia de a pleca mai devreme fiind zgomot în jur!

Great value in the heart of Brasov

Excellent location right on the square of the historic center. Very good breakfast, and friendly, professional staff.

Bed was small and a bit uncomfortable, and the heat was too strong in the room, making it uncomfortably hot half the time.

Like a fairy tale 🧚‍♂️

We returned to the Safrano palace after four years to celebrate our anniversary and weren't disappointed. Thankfully, it had survived covid and was equally delightful. The decor is lovely, the bed is comfy and the breakfast tasty. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast staff attended to every we needed. The location couldn't have been better. We visited during the holiday celebrations and watched the Christmas lights switch on from our room, which overlooked the square. There were little bears outside all the windows, too.It was like a fairy tale 🧚‍♀️

The lounge could be put to better use. We would probably have used it in the evenings if it had been open. Perhaps something to think about in the future 🤔

Wonderful stay with beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful, the instructions for check-in were clear and communication was excellent. The location is exceptional, right on the square with views of the Christmas market. We will be back!

Excellent location, right across the street from the main square in Brasov old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The rooms are charming with a traditional style/interior. Overall very good value for money.

The only thing I can think of is that the room did not have air conditioning. For very hot days this could be an inconvenience.

Great location from where to explore Brasov

Great location, right in the center of Brasov. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

Living like Kings and Queens in a palace

The location was terrific across the road from square. The rooms were fantastic, extremely large and felt like we had stepped back in time. Breakfast was ample with a great choice of good and beverages. Overall our stay in Safrano Palace was like we were living as Kings and Queens. My brother had the balcony suite and we did take photos of them in the balcony as if they were.

Good for 1 night

Friendliness of staff and breakfast were keen to enjoy my stay. Location is also very good as it is in the city centre, right in front of the main historical area square.

The room in which I stayed was on the 2nd floor. No lift (as it is a old building), but difficult to access with a suitcase. Anyway, the room was outdated. Either the bed, the floor (that creacked at each step) needs a good maintenance.

Much recommended hotel

The location is perfect. Right in the main square. 5 minutes from the bus station. The breakfast was very good. The room was very large (number 18). The staff was nice.

Our room was located in the back, which was perfect but it faced a yard where a large dog started barking very early in the morning. Some of the beds were very hard. There was a moldy smell in the bathroom. Inspite of this I would recommend the hotel and would definitely visit again
