El personal era muy amable, las instalaciones con piscina estaban muy bien y estas todo muy limpio. Además tenías acceso a la termas de volcano lodge que están muy bien

Excelente elección, el personal muy amable, tenía piscina y el desayuno sencillo pero rico, que tuvieran la opción como convenio para visitar las aguas termales es único y el lugar seguro.

Great and large breakfast, clean airconditioned rooms in center location. Most important: we got free access to Volcano Lodgge resort (their partners) where they have large pools and most impirtant thermal baths. Realy great surprise. Otherwise there is medium sized pool on location.

I loved the tasty breakfast, and most of all the Volcano Lodge Hotel thermals waters day pass, it's a super plus! The employees were friendly too.

In the room, the lighting was poor. no designated place to put the luggage, so we used the small third bed as a stand. The room was clean which was good, but dated. Just needs a few modern updates, such as good lighting and outlets for electronics, etc...

Breakfast was ok. It is around 6 minutes walk from the autobus terminal. It’s Very convenient to walk around and feel secured.

The free hot springs service provided by the hotel , Volcano Lodge & Springs Hotel & Thermal Experience is located 7 km away from downtown La fortuna . there is no hotel shuttle service provided. We went there by Uber. we called the Uber at around 3 pm and waited for 40 minutes to return to the town center. If you go there late, you might need spend more to call the taxi instead of Uber. The hot springs temperature is just warm. I saw their hotel minibus running between two hotels but they did not provide to their guests. If they could provide the shuttle service (even they charge their guests) which will be more convenient for their guests.
