Extremely unpleasant stay!!

Good location for us.

Rooms were rented to groups of teenagers (assuming post graduations) who partied all night. They were still going at 2am and were yelling, banging on doors and extremely loud. I did not feel safe to go out and tell them to stop myself. They were obviously smoking A LOT of weed as when I got up in the middle of the night our room stunk of weed of which had been seeping through the motel room door. The outside corridors absolutely wreaked of it the next morning too. This is totally unacceptable and hotel staff should have been managing the situation and should never have let it occur. It was a really unpleasant situation and I resent paying $200 for this experience.

The area and motel itself

The front desk kid was completely rude and obnoxious, because of him I don't want to go there and that is a BIG disappointment because I really like it there but the kid who works all hours makes the stay very uncomfortable!!

comfortable and cozy

it was very clean and roomy the heater was so warm and toasty the bed was so comfortable I really liked the fact that I got an upstairs room with a bit of a view and it’s location was either a 15 minute to a 45 minute drive from Santa Cruz and the aquarium and minutes away from restaurants and gas stations and the price was so on my budget

I just was hoping for better water pressure and more towels but other than that a great place to stay

not worth what we paid, very poor experience.

our door was broken and would not lock and nothing was really done and they told us they would fix it in the morning so we left for the day so when we came back the door was wide open and nobody around with all of our stuff in the room then when we were changing to go out for dinner some random guy who works there just walks in with our knocking or anything and he also did nothing to fix the door.

The room was nice and spacious. it looks renovated in the inside. I think they are fixing the outside & elevator.

a lot of random people hanging out at the parking lot, also in the morning you can hear a lot of noise from the people upstairs and from the shower either next door or upstairs

Our stay was excellent, the staff were great!

The bed was a little stiff and a small sofa in the room would of been nice. Other than that, the stay was excellent.

Carpet and floors were not clean, room was pretty dirty overall.

It good value for having to work during my stay

Breakfast was not served I think it would have been nice to have breakfast I like that the price for the rooms matched and that there was no resistance in getting extra towels for our room

I would have enjoyed having a free continental breakfast more channels on the TV

Verry unorganized had to beg for mi food coupons the parking out of service the restaurant serves all in a bad mood had to beg for Coffee and coffee never showed up however runs all that place is doing a bad job, being Sach a beautiful place somebody isn't taking care of business. I had a bad experience.
