Superou minhas expectativas

O conforto e o tamanho do quarto. As camas muito macias (2 Queen). Os travesseiros muito bons e muitos (o q foi essencial para nós).. Além disso o frigobar muito grande e o café maravilhoso em pacotinhos usados na cafeteira. E a atenção de todos no front desk. O fato de ter um Dennys dentro do Hotel resolveu o Café da manhã e em algumas vezes o jantar. Gostamos de tudo. Até a parada de ônibus na frente do hotel um supermercado muito perto.

Very loud and hear everything between walls/floors.

Staff was amazing and room location to the pool was fantastic. Also enjoyed two dining options right on site.

The hotel was incredibly loud. Our first night we didn’t have neighbours and was pleasant. The second night was so loud with boys fooling around and yelling in the room beside us. Nobody was able to sleep. It was a shame as we had small kids with us who really could have used a decent nights sleep. It wasn’t until 1:30am we got any peace. For this reason, we probably won’t return although everything else was great.

battery’s we’re dead, on remote towels weren’t stocked , the coffee pot was brewing blue stuff. all minor issues . staff helped with all problems

Disappointing

it had a pool and hot tub.

it was under a lot of repairs due to a recent flood on the ground floor. the beds were ok but the pillows are too full, wrenched our necks and couldn’t get comfortable. the blankets were minimal and light. the sheets showed a couple stains/dirty spots. we came back one evening after a very long fun but exhausting day to find sewage smell in our room. the front staff moved us to another room right away. but, it was obviously disruptive and a hassle to get everything packed up and moved over, all the while our 5 year old was now wide awake late at night. we had to call down to the desk for clean towels each evening. the AC unit in the second room was very loud. a thunk while ramping up and a constant rattling the entire time while running. neither rooms locks worked. the first room the pad lock didn’t line up to the receiver. the second room the safety latch screws where barely in and you could pull them out by finger. there was a burn mark on the carpet. stains on the bed skirt. we had to ask the following day if they could compensate somehow for the troubles. they gave us 2 passes to Galaxyland at WEM. it was something but we probably won’t get to use them since we were leaving Edmonton that morning and don’t plan to return again by the end of the year when these passes expire. we won’t be choosing to stay at this hotel ever again.

I don’t think we would return just because the property is outdated

it was quiet

it was very outdated. we had to take the shower head off to actually get any water on our bodies. we didn’t go in the pool because we overheard guests saying the water changed the colour of their bathing suits.

our tv didn’t work, the shower layout was terrible water did not remain in the shower, it was a small cramped room, pushed into a corner with another room

nicely located easy to find and great staff was nice to see dedication in daily work even though the place is being renovated due to flooding

need signage letting customers know that the entrance is at the Denny’s entrance only many people froze their buttt walking around

A decent stay but a bit far away from the city center.

I booked my stay here due to an environmental issue at my home apartment. The room I originally booked was small and rather plain, so I called guest services to inquire about a bigger room and they upgraded myself and my wife to a king suite for free. Thank-you! The new suite was spacious and clean with the only issue being were some footprint stains in the carpet from someone's muddy work boots which didn't clean up, but it was a minor detail really. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

When we were moved to the new suite, I left behind my tote bag with some toiletries in the old room. When I inquired about it, I was told it was never seen. My expensive tooth whitening system was in it, worth about $50 to replace.

Beautiful building, very comfortable, great amenities.

The pool area was beautiful! The pool and hot tub were great and the lounge area was very comfortable. Likewise, our room was very well equipped and very comfortable.

disappointed in rooms and pool maintenance

it was convenient for location and looked nice from pictures

the rooms had really low ceilings on second floor, my daughter could touch the ceiling standing in the tub. no tub drain. no one alerted us the pool was u set maintenance which was one of the main reasons for that hotel!!! and it was a very dingy dark room

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The staff were so friendly and positive. We would definitely staff here again if we come back . We are from Toronto.
