L’accueil la propreté et l’emplacement La décoration de la chambre pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Merci beaucoup à toutes l’équipe de l’hôtel réception petit déjeuner femme de chambre et aussi les serveurs de la petite piscine 👍❤️

Les serviettes misent sur les transats le matin par les clients pour garder la place ce n’est pas normal dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il faut enlever les serviettes sales quand le client rentre dans sa chambre.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, everything is well kept and clean! The breakfast is amazing too. The best thing however about the hotel is the staff, willing to go above and beyond for you so that your holiday is special. Many thanks to Samah for the kind hospitality! Will be visiting again in the future.

I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was big enough.

The room smelled really bad and they couldn't move me. And the property is very large, so it was a long walk to get anywhere. I went to the restaurant for dinner and was informed I couldn't charge it to my room because they had not asked for a deposit when I checked in. I didn't have my wallet with me, so I had to walk a long way back to my room for cash, then walk a long way back to pay, then walk a long way back to the room. And when I came with the money, we couldn't find the waiter (who had the bill), so that took almost 20 minutes. The place is filled with young adults in skimpy clothing, more like a Club Med than a nice hotel. At checkout, I had to ask for a copy of my bill, and the clerk was obviously annoyed she had to print it out for me. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel reservation cancelled even after informing them that my flight was delayed. Had to pay lot more to rebook the same

Location was good.

Some of the staff were rude and not helpful.

Wonderful. The hotel was amazing with great facilities including the pool and spa.

We liked everything about the property except that the air conditioning was a little cold at night and there were a couple of lamps that didn’t work but nothing major.

The air conditioning was cold at night was the main issue and we couldn’t increase the temperature as it was centrally set.

Great family stay with access to multiple facilities, next to Menara mall and close to airport.

Facilities and ambience with access to multiple pools, sitting areas, direct access to menara mall. Breakfast was good, too busy with lots of people and kudos to staff looking well after every table Also, they have concierge service and excursions to atlas mountains(great service but expensive too!). Recommended for familiies

Quite large resort with multiple areas. Highly priced for alcohol and dinner. Mixed reviews on staff, while they were excellent for dinner and breakfast areas, ok at reception but quite basic/disinterested at spa/massage areas.

Très déçue de mon expérience à l’hôtel Savoy, que je recommande pas

Établissement pas du tout digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles

Literie très médiocre, avec des meubles très anciens. Il faisait très froid le soir et y’avait pas de chauffage. J’ai dû demander des couvertures de plus.

On nous a traité comme des animaux.

Le personnel de la réception le soir de mon arrivée en particulier une femme très grossière et mal élevé qui s’appelle Wafa très méchante qui m’a déçu, apart une seul femme Fatima zahra heureusement qu’elle étais la merci à elle pourtant je suis client depuis l’ouverture de l’hôtel et régulier mais dommage je ne reviendrai plus jamais et je déconseillerais tout mon entourage de ne plus y allez.

Trop brouillant, en famille avec un bébé je déconseille. Femme de ménage font trop de bruit pendant le ménage, aspirateur, elles se parlent super fort entre elle

The room as very spacious The breakfast was fantastic and the general staff at the breakfast were very helpful

Worst experience in a hotel I've ever had.

Only redeeming factor of the hotel was its respectable breakfast, but that's it.

It's not a 5-star hotel by any means and you realise this is when arriving and realising that it's connected to a mall and Burger King. The rooms were incredibly dirty (please see photos), the staff were hit or miss (some very helpful while others extremely rude for no apparent reason). They search you when coming into the hotel (never before experienced this, especially not at nice hotels) as they don't want you bringing in water, alcohol or soda, evidently. I should have listened to the reviews as I wanted a nice relaxing stay following an ultra-marathon I had run, however, this was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel, and I'm usually quite positive about places.

Merveilleux

Semaine au top ! Nous avons passez 5 nuits merveilleuses au sein du Savoy, la chambre était superbe et offrait une superbe vue, le personnel est à l'écoute, chaleureux et souriant et la nourriture est exceptionnelle. Merci à Shaima pour son accueil parfait, lle était à l'écoute de nos demandes et à rendu notre séjour merveilleux. Petit clin d'oeil à Aziz Ourika pour son sourire et son hospitalité.

Brilliant hotel!

The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is great. The staff are lovely as well. Especially Imad who serves the morrocan tea. It was lovely seeing his smile and happy personality everyday

On the first day we didnt get our 3rd bed brought up until 11pm. I had called reception to remind them about 3 times but I think there was a miscommunication so it took a while for them to send someone up

Not a 5 star .. maybe a good 4 star whic justifies the price per night !

Comparing to a 5 star hotels in the region.. this hotel is not more than 4 stars. But again money wise is not same price as a real 5 star hotel in Marrakesh. The real plus are the stuff really nice people but overworked out .. not enough capacity to service the full hotel !!

The suite was nice but due some plumbing work.. the smell in bathroom is horrible at some point of the day .. especially the evening !
