Got the low value rate they promised with low value service

Location

Staff did not care about your stay, having to ask to have my room serviced and they still couldn’t vacuum or change sheets they just replaced towels and that was the only time they did anything. Will not stay again, quiet disappointed

the rate for the room.

1. when I booked it said that there was a pool, and that is why I picked that hotel, as my son, who is 6 had an MRI appointment the next morning. I was informed when I got there an paid that no, there is not pool, its been out off commission for a while and they are taking it out. That would have been nice to know on the website! my poor son was really upset about that. 2. No matter how much we turned the heat up, it was still freezing in the room. 3. There was n microwave for my sons bean bag for him to sleep, every other hotel I have stayed at always has at least a microwave.

Exceptional

Clean and comfortable, great friendly staff who were very helpful. Exceeded expectations for the price. Parking convenient.

There wasn't anything about the property itself we didn't like! It was a 15 minute walk to the centre of town which was the only location downside.

Really nice staff & rooms, but very thin walls with almost no sound barrier.

Unfortunately the walls are paper thin & I could literally hear everything from the rooms around me - tv's, conversations, among other things. A couple below me talked from 10 pm to midnight & his deep boom voice kept me awake even with my earplugs in! Really great little place except for this one (for me, pretty huge) Issue.

Great value, for a clean comfy room. Location is convenient, if driving to Sun Peaks. Hot tub!

Clean room, nice bed and bathroom. Great restaurant, on site. The hot tub worked well, a bit too much chlorine or whatever cleaner, chemicals they used, but it was hot with strong jets! Very friendly staff.

Feels a bit sketchy on the outside. But actually I had a good sleep, and there was no noise in the evening.

The carpet could have been cleaner. A kettle would have been great.

Helpful staff, clean and affordable room

We stayed in this hotel for a night on our way to Vancouver. Due to the road closer in the highway 1, we arrived there at mid night. the staff were very helpful and stayed after closing for us to arrive.

there are stars to the second floor which can be a hassle if you have heavy luggages.

Kept cozy in my room and will stay again.

I have stayed before and while it’s not really close to shopping etc it does offer a relatively quiet location with a restaurant on the property. It’s close to the major highways which is my main reason for staying here.

This was my first stay during the winter. During my stay the outside temperature dropped considerably to the point I was concerned about whether my car would start the next morning. I have a block heater on my car but seen that there were no outside plugs for using it. What I ended up doing was going out in the very early hours to warm my car up.

I love staying at Scott's Inn, and going to the restaurant, been going there for years for when in town. Lovely stay, suites me fine, very clean and comfortable and staff are very polite.

Comfortable motor inn. Will stay here again.

Nice rooms, recently updated. Quiet location. Their free breakfast offer now consists of a 20% discount at the adjoining restaurant.

Will never stay here again

The location is good

The staff was not very professional. I had made a request for a room on ground floor a week before, which the front office deck person had told was taken care of. However when I reached there, I was given a room on the second floor and I had to drag all my luggages up. I would caution not to take their staff for their word. Also microwave was missing from our room. The room was dingy too. Use this as the last option in the town.
