格式があってコスパ抜群のホテル

格式のあるホテルでスタッフもフレンドリーで丁寧でした。シャワーカーテンの臭いが気になったので連絡すると、広めの部屋に代えて下さって２日間快適に過ごせました。

部屋を代えてもらってからは特にありませんでした。

シャンプー、コンディショナーが良い物と感じた。

部屋の掃除が全く出来ていない。ベッドの上に数本の犬の毛？みたいな物がついていた。ホコリがすごく空気清浄機をお願いしたが加湿器が届いていた。シャワーの換気が悪く、部屋の湿度がスゴイ為、問題ないのか確認したところ、外出中に業者が入って修理したようで換気扇にゴミが詰まっていたとのこと…客を案内する前に点検するべきではないのでしょうか？　まだありますが、色々残念。

朝食バイキングが最高

何度も利用していますが、朝食のバイキングがとにかく美味しいです！ずんだ餅とか牛タンカレーとか、仙台ならではのラインナップもあり充実しています。遅めの時間帯の方が空いていると思います。

服務很好，可以提前三天寄放行李。我住三井花園倆天，要求寄放行李兩天卻被拒絕。仙台國際卻答應可以寄放…棒跟爛的三井花園

良い所に宿泊できてとても良かったです。また利用したいです。

朝食が地域の名物や生産品を使用し普段目にしない物も多く美味しかった。目的地まで徒歩圏内なので立地も良かった。駐車場が利用しやすい

ホテルのせいではないが、近所にスタバなどのコーヒー店が無い

朝食。泊まりでは無い人にも来てもらうのも良いかと思います。

ロビーの古さが中途半端。重厚にしてしまうか現代風にアレンジしてコンビニ併設するかが良いです。

シャワーカーテンが残念

価格がリーズナブルながらお部屋は広く快適でした

①お風呂のシャワーカーテンが物凄く雑巾臭く、バストイレに匂いがありました。多分前に使った方のままなのでしょう。バストイレにある電話のコードにも黒カビが。蛇口などはピカピカでしたが、清掃が少し甘いようです。

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city

The staff were so polite and helpful. I made a mistake in pricing laundry and gave a poor review because of that, but it was all my fault. I want to correct that and give an accurate review of this lovely hotel in this amazing city. Favorite hotel in my favorite city.

I wish i spoke Japanese! I made an error in a laundry order - my lack of Japanese, not the staff.

ライブキッチンが無くなったのは残念だったが、それでも朝食は美味しかった。

Booking.comに記載された料金と、現地支払の料金とに差異があった（現地料金がプラス１円）。空気清浄機が、風向を自動にすると、耳障りな音を立てた。居室内の飲み物にコーヒーが無かった。

Good, stayed for one night and was nice

Clean, nice staff, cosy

I didn't know how to turn off the toilet seat heating which made it unpleasant because it is in summer. There was no button and I didnt find the remote if there even is one.

The breakfast was lovely and had great variety. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were overall clean and new.

There was a faint smell of tobacco smoke in my room which made my stay slightly uncomfortable as the smell tends to irritate my nose.

Great location, amazing hospitality by a very welcoming team of staff.

The staff was super kind, helpful and welcoming. We were looking to visit an onsen nearby, they looked up routes AND alternate routes for us to get there. There definitely was a language barrier, but one of the staff members spoke my native language and they even went that extra mile to help me in my native language, which was a bit pleasantly surprising. The hotel is kind of a grand one, very clean, nice locality, two blocks away is a nice shopping street. 5-8 mins walk from the station.

There was nothing not to like about this stay.

Breakfast was great

We booked 2 continuous nights with the same room level separately but under the same name. The man at the counter refused to gave us the same room at first and claimed the he could not find my second booking (which was on the next day) in the morning on the second day. We have to argue about it to be able to stay in the same room.

okay hotel not too far from the train station

There was a gym closeby but it was much cheaper to pay directly at the gym rather than buy a coupon from the hotel. There was a smell in the bathroom but the staff was prompt to come and clean up when they were told.

Excellent , having so many choices of fresh breads, juices ,fresh fruits ,hot drinks, bakery items,soups ,noodles and authentic japanese cuisines.Even chef comes at your table to serve with hot fresh italian breads

Great location for an old but grand hotel, dress light at night

Central location and plenty of amenities nearby, like 7-Eleven, Family Mart, morning market, and more. Hotel is large and we'll furnished. Room is clean and equipped with everything we need for the stay. Staff are prompt and housekeeping is proactive in supplying towels and change of supplies.

The air-conditioning was far too warm. Ventilation isn't good in the rooms I booked either and though airflow was bad, there was constantly the sound of air being pumped in the ceilings and rumbling sounds behind the walls. I needed earplugs for every night of sleep, and couldn't sleep comfortably under the thick hotel quilt. Hotel is old and feels its age, but was surely a grand location in its heyday. Fridge was too warm to keep cold things cool.
