Just fabulous

Restaurants and food options were just amazing as we were vegeterians. Children services fabulous so much for the kids from slides, pool, kids clubs, mini disco. The rooms were great as well

slightly reduced English speaking staff but otherwise there is not anything else i can complain about

Superb

Vey family oriented hotel, suitable for kids. While we were a mother and her teenage daughter. But we enjoyed it. Staff was great especially Yahya he was very cooperative. Also Guldal and ludmila were very nice. Rooms are spacious. Food was amazing. Beach is long and beautiful. Swimming pool is big though hardly you can find available sunbed. Shows at night were very good.

One of the two beds was not really comfortable. Staff needs to be trained on how to comunicate in English. Hardly any can speak English and that was a challenge for us.

Overall this is a great hotel with delicious food, wonderful facilities and very friendly staff.

The food at this hotel is excellent, most of our group were vegetarians and there were always plenty of options and the kitchen team were happy to accommodate a special menu for us to enjoy at the a la carte restaurants. The entertainment staff were also very helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, especially the kids. The hotel had great facilities and was vey well maintained. Good sized rooms.

Many of the staff did not speak good English which we don't have an issue with but it made communicating slightly difficult, especially with the reception staff at times. The red brick path leading to the water slides get very hot when in the direct sun, be careful, especially going to the top slides. The beach is not the best but this is nature.

Annoying the European queue wherever possible.For some reason, people get in line, although they can just come sideways to all dishes. Looks like they like queues . Plastic tableware on show

The beach, food 24/7

The bathroom in the room is very old, no place for the soap and shampoo so you use the floor, towels are very old so no cotton on it to make you dry.

Good quality with some point to review

The pool -The entertainment staff -The quality of service in the restaurant -The quality and tast of food -The property -the security and safety

The staff of reception was rude and not welcoming at all and gave us wrong indications they should take courses in guest services and communication. -There are no enough places in pool for all the poeple. -the choice of music by the Dj wasn't good everyone left after 30 minutes. -there is rocks in the beach

Reception or guest relations should tell more about the activities in the hotel .There were some activities that weren't listed on the brochure like target shooting and archery . Food could be a little higher ( for example no shrimps ,lobster or lamb )

Very good hotel but far from the city.

The staff was very helpful. The animation was great, and the kids activities were wonderful. Our children enjoyed it. The pool was good and not so crowded even though it was in the mid of July. It is very close to the beach. There are food everywere, snacks, ice cream and beverages.

The lights in the room weren't good enough and the lights in the shower didn't work. It is far from the city, and taxis cost alot to get anywhere. Although it is all inclusive hotel, not everything is free, like the cotton candy, popcorn and the arcade are extra money and the turkish hammam is very expensive. The coffee at the restaurants is awful, but there is a good coffee in the cafe which is very good coffee.

Pool water was one day hot and the other days was not cool rnough, the wave pool has no waves , the river you should bring your floater .food was good but not great .the best was the Turkish night . Rooms are ok but out dated .overall stay was good

The Room was a nice size, complimentary upgrade was good Complex was nice as well

It is not 24 hour all inclusive. All cups used at bars are mixed with alcohol so not really good for people who do not drink. Staff can be rude, food was not nice, same snacks given everyday most of the time. You cannot order food from other places which is absurd. No room service. A la carte restaurants seem to always be fully booked Beach is stoney towards the water Everything at hotel is charged in euros so you get ripped off. Minibar was never refilled once Waste of money
