Room was clean and big

I was charged for the extra bed whereas the booking from booking.com said the cost is included. Shower area is too small. I asked for an extension of checkout for 3 hours after my 4 day visit. But it was refused as they claimed that the next guest would be waiting, which was not true. The staff were not very friendly at all. There hv been loud noises and disturbances till 12 midnight as there were parties hosted on the terrace of the hotel. It's a definitely over priced hotel for the facilities offered.

Lovely room - spacious & well decorated.

Location facing out to very busy road meant a lot of traffic noise but that's hard to avoid in Bangalore.
