I expected better facilities from a hotel as big as Sheraton

We had to pay so much for breakfast. The meals were so scanty

Overpriced. Short on standard services and amenities. Without charm.

The conference I attended was held in this hotel, so the location was ideal.

Too many things to list. For example, the restaurant, bar and coffee shop were unavailable, being under reconstruction (I was informed of this by email the day before arrival, too late to cancel). So, I had to resort to room service -- terrible food served in paper bags and cardboard containers with plastic "silverware." Definitely not worth the price. On one occasion I had to cancel my breakfast order having waited well over an hour to have it delivered. There was no business center in the hotel, and I could not have even one page printed out by the staff. True, there is a shopping center adjoining the hotel offering various facilities and open during business hours, but it did not always suit me to go outside. In short, the hotel has zero appeal and I will avoid it in the future.

Grand hotel ideally situated in Boston with professional staff.

Excellent management with exceptional communication skills. Responsive staff provide prompt service. Fantastic location for shopping and dining.

This was a well needed break and was beyond our expectations. We will definitely come back here.

The location is the best as you can locate the hotel from inside the mall. The room we had was spacious and we overlooked the River Charles.

Passable, but would seek alternative property...

The location of the hotel was nice. Front desk staff was very good and attentative.

The room was extremely dated. The ceiling had an obvious leak and repair. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The door to the bathroom was extremely tight and the bathroom was completely sub standard. I felt i was in a Bathroom on a train..

Great choice!

Great hotel, spectacular location, just next to Boyston and Newburry streets. Integrated with Prudential centre, it offers everything you need. Green metro line inside the shopping, FedEx branch in the hotel can receive your online purchases. The hotel is not very new, but it incredible beatiful, clean, big and functional. It also has an amazing indor/outdoor pool. Congrats Sheraton for this one!

The bathroom could have a glass Blindex shower enclosure instead of a curtain.

Ideal for our purposes

Very convenient for our plans ( a visit to the Fine Art Museum) & only a short walk from the Back Bay train station, and nearby restaurants. Comfortable beds. Friendly & helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel, convenient location, connected to mall

The front desk and customer service is VERY difficult to communicate with - and it has been over a week since checking out and the hotel has STILL not communicated with me or addressed the large unexpected and incorrect charge they have put on my card even thought the property was PREPAID upon check in.

A part la situation géographique cet hôtel n'a aucun avantage.

Extrêmement cher, les équipements sont plus que de base. A cd prix exorbitant il faut ajouter un parking à 70$us la nuit De plus, ils ont de sérieux problèmes de plomberie qui nous ont tenus réveillés une partie de la nuit. Vraiment aller dormir dans un hôtel à prix modique.. Ce sera une expérience plus agréable.

Sweet upgrade to a suite!

Best hotel for events at Hynes Center. Recognized my Titanium status with a nice suite upgrade on 26th floor

Market ran out of bananas :-( No lounge. No free breakfast for Marriott status.

As long as an ADA room is available, this is an excellent location.

I appreciated my ADA room. The low pile carpet was only a bit grippy on my walker so I was able to get around with just a bit more effort than usual. The cleaning staff was helpful when I could use help holding my room door open and ensured my bathroom door remained open for my ease of access.

The transition lip into the bathroom was a tripping hazard. When not in my AFO, I used the rolling chair as a walker and it required me to lift it over the lip to get into the bathroom. Thankfully I can still perform this action.

Great facility, horrible staff.

The hotel is in a great location and the facilities were very clean/updated. We really enjoyed our view of the Boston skyline from our room.

The front desk concierge personnel were VERY rude and not personable. There were 4 people standing behind the desk while we checked in, but only one front desk person was actually checking people in. There was a very long line and it took us nearly 40min just to check in. They also acted as if we were inconveniencing them when asking simple questions regarding the shuttle or train. The breakfast staff were also very rude. We had to ask 3 different people to bring us the bill - it got to the point where we had been waiting nearly 20min and were about to ask the front desk staff if they could somehow find our breakfast bill. I understand we all have bad days, but for the price we are paying to stay at this hotel, I would expect at least basic pleasantries.

フロントスタッフの対応が良かったです。彼らは私が日本人だと分かると、日本のアニメコンテンツが好きだと言い、また勉強している日本語を話しました。彼らはとてもフレンドリーで、お客様に対して好奇心がある様子が見えました。また、私はMFAに行きたかったので、徒歩圏内であるこのホテルはベストロケーションでした。 MFAまでの道のりは、音楽大学のエリアを通ることになり、ボストンの人々の生活の一部を垣間見れます。ボストンのレンガを積み上げた街並みはとても綺麗で歴史を感じました。またホテルの近くにはショッピングセンターがあり、薬局もあるため必要なものを購入できました。もちろん朝のDunkin coffeeとDonutsも良かったです。

若干古さを感じる事シャワーが固定式である事部屋からの眺望が良くなかった事

Perfect location and clean rooms.

I loved that it had pool that can be indoor/outdoor. Location was perfect. It was attached to a food court type area and mall. Valet was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

Great location and comfortable rooms.

rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathroom also comfortable and clean. Hotel is located within the Hynes convention centre and the prudential building complex so you can connect to both places without walking a outside the hotel. Particularly useful for rainy days. Great location if you need to catch the Logan express back to the airport.
