Excellent.

The service was one of the best I experienced from anywhere in the world. Special mention to Angel from Feast and Adiji from Concierge. Both superstars. Breakfast was excellent.

Overall pleasant stay with minor imperfections.

Staff and service was awesome - always cheerful and ready to help with every need. I would recommend to book a room with business lounge access - great place to hang out and enjoy a peaceful breakfast and evening drink.

I would expect that everything would be polished, nice and clean, considering the price, but cleanness of bathroom and other surfaces was far from perfect. Would get better and cleaner room in Europe for a split of a price.

the service of the staff like KV in the coffee shop was excellent , he was very helpful, courteous and looked after our needs promptly , then there is Parth at the reception who made the check in process seam less

Could have been better

Location is in Whitefield which is a working hub. If you have work in this area, consider option to stay in Whitefield if not definitely not your cup of tea. The hotel, ambience, hospitality and service is excellent. Very polite & courteous staff.

The Food ! I cannot say anything more.....

the main entry exit is the same for vehicles as well as pedestrians that makes it a bit scary to walk in and out of the property

Need a way of taking and placing some clothes etc in the bathing room. Some pegs or shelf. Also lighting in the dressing area was too low.
