Reliable service : check in, check out, house keeping. The service by front doormen was exceptional, helping to hail taxis with the best service mind I have seen.

Great location, great facilities including the gym and breakfast area. Room was reasonable size. Bathroom was excellent, I really liked the shower.

Support with a taxi on departure. I made the mistake of leaving the building before checking that the outside taxi desk was manned. Getting support for a taxi to the airport took too long.

The TV in the room is old and not in good working conditions

More hospitality , warmth in the staff. They are rude and in accommodating.

The location of the hotel is in the middle of the Orchard zshopingy belt. You will get to see the hussle and buzzle of people walking along Orchard Road.

The battery of the TV console ran out of battery and had to call the service counter to have it replaced. The cleaniness of the room was average as I can see water spots in the toilet and hairs on the carpet. The room wasn't decorated with love swans and placed on the bed upon checking in and there was a missing slice of cake to celebrate my 45th months anniversary safter arriving in the room. I requested for both of these and written to the team via email days before checking-in. The cake is only ready from 3pm. If this was shared and communicated early, I will be less disappointed. I have to head down to level 1 to inform the staff to have them sorted.

Staff was nice and arranged for cab rides very easily. Location is perfect.

The pool area is lovely, very family friendly. The breakfast buffet is also very convenient and has a wide variety of food spread that one can sit back and have a relaxing morning.

It's slightly expensive to stay but when you are on a holiday after a long time and need some convenience and luxury, this is a lovely place.
