The hotel is really modern and really clean. It was maybe the best room I have ever stayed at. Price -Quality was better than expected. I also like that there were always drinks , coffee tea and some cakes and cookies available at the reception. Excellent staff

I liked the room very much, very comfortable, spacious, new and clean. Staffs were all very nice and helpful as well.

The water temperature in the shower is quite appalling. The temperature keeps changing from boiling hot to ice cold every 10-20 seconds, making it very annoying to help my toddler shower. Quite shocking given the standard of hotels in this location. Also, the breakfast is not that good either… quite disappointing compared to other hotels that are just blocks away.

The hotel service was very good. The reception Prissy was very helpfull in advising where the best attractions are in Bangkok. And the breakfast team is very attentive. They made to order Mac and Cheese just onna request.

the room size is reasonable! unfortunately, the drainage from the bath shower is strong. the breakfast is bad compared with other same rating hotels in BKK.

Bed was a little hard, but that seems to be the norm in Asian countries. It just takes a bit of getting used to!

Staff was outstanding. The room was beautiful and very well appointed. The location was also fantastic, a very short walk to the BTS, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location and value for money if needing a 2 bed/bath room. Close to sky train, restaurants, mall and easy to get in/out of parking lot when getting a taxi. Staff was nice and accommodating. Bellman on 1st floor lobby was helpful.

It didn't have the amenities of a traditional hotel, lobby cafe, restaurant, etc. It was a resident hotel. Which is fine for us because we got a large 2bedroom/bath room for a reasonable price. The mini bar was never replenished or the bathroom amenities like shower cap and tips. Our robes got dirty and they never replaced.

loved the room. We enjoyed a spacious living area, King bed, walk in closet with room for all our luggage, and a huge bath with shower and tub. Staff was very accommodating. Location was excellent. Felt very comfortable.

we stayed two nights in this hotel, overall ok. the breakfast was good and staff was nice. encountered some hurdles though, but not anything that would make me recommended against it.

firstly the most disappointing part of our stay was the fact that the hotel spa was closed down. we were looking forward to our last massages in Thailand and when we went to ask about them, the person told us “it has been closed more than a year". Given the fact that the hotel is advertised as having a spa that was very disappointing! the spa is referenced in the hotel website, the hotel brochure even in the elevator there is still a sign! a case of misleading advertising. when we arrived the handle of the bathroom was broken, which the staff came to fix right away and the TB would not connect to the internet- which they also fixed righy away. overall ok, but would try another hotel on our next visit!
