Kahire’de 5 yildizli bir cok ozel var ama sofitel hem konumu gereği hem fiyat performans olarak en iyisi. Bu kadar Nil’e

Konumu harika. Nil’in ortasinda hatta üstünde. Restaurantları, kafesi ve lobby’si harika. Kahvaltı mükemmel, cok cesitli ve taze hersey. Personel müthiş. Yardimci guler yuzlu.

Casinosu berbat. 1970’ler kotu night clup havasinda. Havuzu küçük. Ama havuz keyfine gitmemistik zaten.

Gutes Innenstadhotel mit Pool und Gartenbereich am Nil

Super Zimmer im 19. Stock mit vollem Nilblick und Zugang zur Lounge in der 16. Etage. Aufenthalt in der Lounge ist nicht ganz so gemütlich, aber ruhig, Essen ist gut (kleine Törtchen, Schnittchen, Getränke usw.) je nach Tageszeit. Toller Platz zum Frühstück direkt am Nil, traumhaft!!!! Nachmittags und Abends Essen und Bar am Nil mit Garten und Palmen. Unser Zimmer und auch der Freibereich draußen ruhig und eine Oase mitten im hektischen Kairo. Empfehlenswert, gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Eigentlich war alles so, wie ich es erwartet hatte, nur etwas besser!

الغرفة جميلة ومطلة على النيل، واشكر نائب المدبر أ. كريم وكذلك موظفي المطعم أ ياسر و أ رضا وموظف نظافة الغرف أ كريم وطاقم العمل في الاستقبال أ أحمد وزملائه.

ارتفاع سعر الغرفة بالنسبة للخدمات.

Stay in the heart of Cairo

The location is mainly the main reason i always book in this hotel.

1- staff insisted to fill out the service review and mention their names. 2- You cant keep your window at night open due to the noises from the night clubs up to 5 am. 3- Vegan options in the in room dining are so limited.

This is a 5 star hotel and I paid a lot of money for it, I had the most uncomfortable sleep.

Room, furniture and design old and dated, needs complete refurbishment. location is very good. View is excellent.

I asked for a quite room, my room was opposite to the service door, staff keep coming in and out, talking and laughing. Although my room had Nile view (which was excellent) it was close to the bar/club next door with blazing music. Nile boats stops in front of the hotel till late hours in the morning with extremely loud music.

Cor provided had soiled mens underwear in it. When we complained staff were rude and dismissive- only said that the cleaner would be sacked

Room with a view and excellent breakfast.

Location was superb, right on the Nile's edge with beautiful waterfront scenery. Breakfast selection and quality were excellent. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were helpful and courteous.

The hotel rooms on both stays at the beginning and end of trip, were facing West and became very hot in the afternoons from the direct sunlight. Clean but dated, rather small with basic amenities. Shower pressure was insufficient. Cold treatment from some staff at the reception and bar.

دخول الفندق فيه تأخير وريحة الشيشه متعبه جدا وسيئه وقمه في التخلف تشم ريحة معسل بدون اكسجين

رحله جميله واقامة ممتعه والنقد لايعني الإقلال من قيمة الفندق ويوجد عدة خيرات بنفس السعر

الموقع جميل والخدمه من طاقم الغرف

عدم وجود عزل للغرف تسمع جيرانك وايضا تحتاج تغيير بعض الاثاث من وجهت نظري

Not a good value for money

The location was good. Higher rooms offer better view and are worth the extra charges.

We had some money hidden in the safe, and we can't confirm the date or the time of when the money has been taken. It was 500australian dollars.

it ended our stay in Egypt on a satisfied note giving us a more pleasant view of the Nile.

Great location with lovely curb appeal overlooking the Nile.

Coffee service at breakfast was not great. The waitress was unattentive to us and rarely came by, however she was very attentive to the good looking chap at the next table. We tried numerous times to catch her eye, but had to end up going to look for her.

موقع الفندق على رأس حافة الجزيرة وهذا يجعله على موقع رائع للاستماع بالجلوس على النيل والتمتع بالأجواء الرائعة في هذا الوقت. أخص بالشكر الآنسة لبنى على الاهتمام بجميع الأمور ورقه التعامل وكذلك الاخ عمر العامل في خدمة مطعم فطور الصباح. كل الشكر والتقدير.

There is no better location in Cairo! Promenade with its cafes and restaurants, always full of life and exceptional views

It is an old property after all, and some common areas as well as rooms awaiting renovation

فندق يستحق تغيير الطاقم الاداري وموظفي الريسبشن ليكون فندق رائع

توفر المطاعم والصالون وغيره وقربه من الاماكن المطل البانورامي على النيل

ازعاج شديد بالرغم من طلبي لغرفة هادئة ازعاج من عمالة التنظيف يتكلمون بصوت عالي ويتناقشون بصراخ ويغلقون الابواب بقوة اثناء الحجز طلبت غرفة هادئة وكررت طلبي عند الوصول فأعطاني يوسف في الريسبشن غرفة باخر دور ع يميني غرفة بها طفلين طوال اليوم بكاء وعلى يساري غرفة بها عروسة وكوافير واهل العروسه اسوا اقامة لي على الاطلاق كلها صراخ وازعاج وعدم راحة
