The house was in the area we wanted to be in, number of beds was what we needed.

When we arrived there were bags of old bulbs laying around and replacement bulb packaging. Equipment used to replace bulbs in ceiling was sitting out and kitchen sink cabinet was hanging open. It was obvious that someone just left all that out not caring about the appearance. Kitchen sink had partially fallen into the cabinet below so was unusable. I know things can happen, but we should have at least been contacted about it. There is a fist size hole in the wall in queen bedroom. This was all a reflection on the Sonder team, and then their handling of the situation after we told them about it was terrible! They decided to move us without properly contacting us and then locked us out of that house. When we came back mid afternoon to dress for a family event we couldn't get in, and then is when we found out they had intended for us to move. The new place was not the area we wanted to be in, and was actually 2 units so now we were split up, which we did not want. Tried to get them to let us stay where we were without kitchen sink but suddenly it was a "safety" issue. In order to get to our family event on time we had to throw all our stuff in the car and wait till after the event to find and get into our new place. Will never stay with Sonder again.

there was only one full bathroom for eight people. the kitchen was very bad equipped . 7 forks for 8 people. not enough plates, glasses, etc. not even a decent drainer to make pasta. they need to address that. also, none of the bedrooms have any window. I booked another location with this same company and they changed it one day before our arrival to this location at this house.

Remotes for ceiling fan light were all programmed to use same wavelength so each changed every room. Very frustrating. Adjoining renters who checked in on 7/11 we’re partying in front of the property at 3am on 7/13. Almost called the police.

Location, size, convenience of getting in and out of the property, cleanliness, necessities provided, stand up fans provided, suitcase stands provided.

Fan did not work in the biggest room upstairs, the fan in the back room worked but the light came on with it, there were supposed to be remotes for the fans but they were no where to be found, the back door and the front door ((in the bedroom)) did not have locks that felt secure, the door handles needed tightening and the shower heads/ water pressure were terrible

The home is true to New Orleans style, and in the perfect location. There was plenty of room for our family, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Magazine Street is very walkable. All of the shops and restaurants are conveniently located steps from the home.

We really enjoyed this beautiful house located on Magazine street ! It was very clean and tidy and I loved the provided shampoos and conditioners and soaps.

The tv was sort of hard to figure out.
