i think i want to go again.

unfortunately there is no breakfast

i forgot my small wallet if so could you please save it until the next time you go. the contents are about 200yen in japanese yen.

Nice interior - big room - very friendly stuff, but the sanitary rooms need urgent renovation.

Super friendly stuff, nearby is the mall, very big apartment with nice furniture

The bath and the toilets. One bathtub was defect, the other one had no warm water. The staff came 3 times, then we had warm water, but the water jet was really weak, it takes very long to fill the bathtub (More than 1 hour). Both bidet showers on the toilets didnt work properly, only drops came out. All the fittings were heavily calcified. Maybe we only had bad luck with our room (702)

Superb

Staff were excellent and very flexible when we had a payment issue with a credit card. Main bedroom had a small balcony with a great view. Lots of restaurants (mostly Korean and Japanese) and supermarket nearby, also easy to order food deliveries. As the room has a fairly well equipped kitchen, microwave, gas oven and toaster grill, large refrigerator, this is definitely recommended as a longer stay option and for families. Good wifi connection and large TV in lounge area. Both bedrooms had en suite facilities and the master bedroom's bathroom was very spacious, with bath and shower. Lots of cupboard space too. Guests can use the excellent paid pool facilities at the neighbouring Montebello Villa property, and pool fee comes with F&B consumables (great menu selection and service).

Payment system was a bit complicated (need to add GCash system!) but staff (esp Monette) were patient and superhelpful. Signage could be improved to help locate the building, we found existing sign a bit confusing esp when arriving at night.

The location was good, staff were just satisfactory. Need to check all equipment on taking possession of the premises

The location was good and everything was just great

We were told that we took one fork and had to pay for it which was just about crazy. It’s our fault as we didn’t check what was in the room when we went to stay. We didn’t bother and didn’t even know what was supposed to be in there for cutlery

FANTASTIC!

personalised service. Monet and other receptionist are always at hand. The property is ageing but well maintained and always clean. Size is also great and love the decor!

Comfortable stay in residence type unit

Spacious, good reception support, facilities for cooking in place.

Location a bit hard to find by taxis. Nearby shopping center is old with some questionable restaurants.

excellent will stay again.

This 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfortable with everything you need to cook your own meals. It had 2 bathrooms and toilets. Fresh water was supplied by the way of a water cooling and heating machine included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful and respected your privacy. For the price of around 120 AUD per night this is far better accommodation than any hotel 4 or 5 star you could stay at. I also extended my stay, and the manager gave me a discounted price. 2 grocery stores and a large department store is only a quick 5-minute walk and plenty of restaurants, Jollibee, hairdressers, pharmacy all close by. Fantastic stay!!!

Home away from home, perfect for a long stay

Very nice clean, spacious, upscale property in an upscale neighborhood, behind a mall with access to all. Friendly, accommodating staff, lots of a/c, and a great kitchen

Very Comfortable and 24 hour staff 😊

Location is great also condo units are large. Have stayed for many years. Needs some updating but all cooking and tableware are sufficient. Well furnished and well built structure.

Just needs some facial grooming but inside units are fine and in good repair.

Great accomodation for family 👪

We like everything! The apartment is spacious enough for our family of 7 people. The rooms also spacious. We cook everyday during our 5D/4N stay in this apartment. They have great kitchen and all appliances we need to cook. The location is also great. It just walking distance to mall/supermarket nearby, so it's very convenience to do groceries shopping or buy things you need. Staff was also helpful.

Extremely large room for a very good price

Extremely large room for a very good price. Walking distance to IT Park (although Gaisano Country Mall is even closer). Very quiet.

A few things could do with a bit of maintenance - some lights weren't working and there was a leak in one of the toilets.

Overall an enjoyable stay.

There is no breakfast plan included. The room was great. Had all the comforts of home, It was a home away from home. You could cook and prepare your own meals and buy the necessary ingredients or items from the nearby mall which is just a walking distance away.

The generator was not operating during daytime. The staff did not inform us of the change of operating hours of the genset. We had to enquire on our own why the schedule changed.

We will be back!

My wife and I loved our two night stay. The suites have a wonderful feel of being "home". The staff is helpful, warm, and friendly. Rooms were quiet, clean, and well furnished. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Each room has split type air conditioning, quiet and efficient. Large mall within walking distance. This will be where we stay on future visits to Cebu.

Exceeded Expectation

I love the place. It exceeded my expectations. I spent my birthday there with my family. We had a wonderful small celebration. Their kitchen facility is great. The apartment room is really huge. It has 2 rooms. One is the master's bedroom facing the balcony and the other room has two twin beds. Their bed is so comfy. Ohhh! And I really love the bathtub. 2 comfort rooms with bathtub each. Their hot shower is very hot, so be careful. Lol. As a whole, my experience with my family was great. I'd definitely come back.
