Agradable estancia, cerca de todo

La ubicación es excelente muy cerca a menos de 10 minutos caminando a Dotonbori por lo que tienes mucas opciones de comida. La estación de tren está al lado y tiene un supermercado a la par. El restaurante italiano es muy bueno. La habitación es cómoda pero pequeña típico en Japón. Muchas excursiones a Kioto salen cerca del hotel. En general me gustó.

Del personal hay poco presente porque tienen máquinas para realizar el auto chequeo. No era tan amable como en el resto de los hoteles pero tampoco me dieron un mal trato. El desayuno podría ser más variado. Cobran por tirar basura de grandes dimensiones, se nos dañó una maleta y tuvimos que botarla.

I was having a short trip to Osaka with my mom and we got very lucky to have the chance staying here. With elevator, lug

I love this hotel so much. The place is perfect, just one crossroad from the public transportation. Storage luggage beforehand is available is also a great thing for early arrival. The hotel is also close to the shopping area and department store with lots of restaurants. Hotel is very clean, neat and with considerate services. The staff are nice and friendly. It is the perfect place to stay while visit Osaka!

Great location and value

The location is really convenient, and a short walk to many of Osaka’s attractions and train stations. Commuting to Shin-Osaka and Universal Studios was very easy; however the local stations overlap and can be very confusing so ensure you check directions carefully. Staff were lovely and the value for money was excellent. The Family Mart at the entry is very convenient.

The bedding felt quite dated compared to other Fresa Inns we have stayed at, and we were only provided one pillow each (one soft, one firm). Thankfully we could ask for more at the reception. Though it wasn’t too bad, this place wasn’t as comfy as our other hotels in the same price range.

Gute Lage aber zu viele unhöfliche Menschen

Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn Midosuji Line war sehr praktisch und man konnte direkt zum Dotonbori laufen. Konbini direkt im Hotel. Frühstück im Restaurant unten war auch mit guter Auswahl.

Das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen mit Koffern eigentlich zu klein. Würde auf ein größeres upgraden. Viele andere Touristen, die sich völlig daneben benommen haben. Eine Nacht um 2 wurden wir von denen geweckt, an einem anderen Tag waren sie früh morgens super laut. Und beim Frühstück hat man sich nicht so wohl gefühlt, weil überall gehustet und geschmatzt wurde.

Great location but service could be better.

Great location, right in the middle of Osaka and just next to the subway. We loved that there was a combini in the same building.

The rooms were quite small and hard to walk around. We put out the sticker requesting to have the towels changed however it was not changed. The receptionist was a bit brusque at check in.

Perfect location. The hotel provides lots of free supplies including facial masks and coin laundry etc.

Didn’t expect the double room has no wardrobe at all. The room is much smaller than expected and it didn’t have enough space to keep/open the luggage for 2 people. The coin laundry has both wash and dry function but the clothes are still very damp after drying

Location is excellent as it is very close to train exits and places of interest. The room, although a little small, it is still a nice hotel to stay. There is no tobacco smell or stale musky smell in the room, and the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended.

They pretend they don't know about 500-yen cash reward with booking, when shown email confirmation, they claim "not in system", then act like they can't speak English any longer. Not a lot of money, but not cool. (This was for a reservation made in their website)

The location is excellent - just beside Exit 7 of Metro station and across the road to Takashimaya. It’s a short walk to Dotonburi and Kuromon market.

The breakfast choice is v limited.
