空間不大但設備、住宿備品齊全且豐富，還有貼心旅客的泡澡粉或是面膜等等，貼心設想的心意很棒，而且都可以因自己需求取用 不會浪費。 櫃檯staff都很有活力也都會與客人打招呼，非常有親切感！ 定期整理房務的規範很不錯，但第一次整理的房務人員有部分遺漏項目，但後天的房務人員都有做好，整體還是很乾淨整潔！（分類垃圾桶很不錯！）

枕頭雖然有兩顆 但其中一顆真的太軟了，希望可以讓客人選擇。

Good location and just about 10 to 15 mins or less walk from Okachimachi Station and similarly to Ueno Keisei Train Station. Hence if you are taking train to Narita this hotel is pretty accessible to the station. Surrounding area within vicinity of hotel offers plentiful of foods and other offerings. Easy access to Ueno Station as well as to the street where shoppings are abundance. Of the 3 locations we stayed in this hotel chain, this is the one we like least. The rooms set up makes it even much smaller. Good thing we didn't have many luggages with us, as we sent ahead to the airport from previous location. But staffs, just like their other sites, are all helpful and friendly.

Since the reception is located on 2nd floor, upon arriving at the reception floor, there aren't much space to move about. A wee bit pricey comparatively.

Le personnel au top, avenant, serviable. L'emplacement de cet hôtel est très bien situé, proche des métros et JR dans un quartier très vivant. A la réception Il y a du thé, du café, des glaçons en libre service, mais aussi des produits sanitaires. Aussi machines à laver et un micro onde au même niveau ( que je n’ai pas utilisé ). Prises USB dans la chambre, bouilloire et mini frigo. C’est propre, le lit est confortable. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Bagagerie à la réception II permet de laisser ses valises si on arrive avant l’enregistrement ou on désire les laisser quelques heures à notre départ.

Le déjeuner à emporter dans une boîte (à la remise d’un coupon). Moyen.

Tiny room

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast bento options were simple but very tasty, these were supplied by the cafe next door using the provided vouchers. The location was great. Handy to the station and the Sky Hop bus stop. The large department store nearby is a great place to browse through and the lower level food areas are feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. Great street areas to explore with colourful nightlife.

Room was very compact. If staying here, be aware that extra large luggage will pose a problem. Double bed was right up against the wall and only a small area to move around. Wi fi was a bit patchy the one time we tried to use it. (We hired a pocket wifi for the trip from the airport)

La colazione offerta non era veramente fruibile. Veniva fornita al sacco dal locale al piano terra ma le stanze sono troppo piccole per mangiare. Anche volendolo, in Giappone non si può mangiare per strada.

We had a problem with the bathroom as soon as we arrived but they changed our room immediately.

I assume all of Sotetsu's hotels offer quick self check-in&out. Great location in Ueno. Easily walk to several JR line and local line. And Ueno itself is a place with many shops and restaurants.

The breakfast gives 3 options of sets. It is not bad but may not worth the addition fee.

The bathroom was full of hair....shame.... Generally 7/10 because the location is good, especially for Narita Express Train.

Good quality business hotel, as you would expect from a solid chain. The check-in and check-out is easy, staff is friendly. Rooms are pretty small, but normal size for Tokyo/Japan. The location is very good, as it's close to a lot of different Stations (JR/Metro/Shinkansen bound north at Ueno.
