Good for short stays

Big spacious room and near tram and train stations. Food places nearby.

Daily room cleaning would be nice. Requires tender polishing touch during cleaning. I would suggest the proprietor to at least sleep/use the rooms to actually see for themselves the additional finishing touches required for comfort like. Baggage racks, hand towels hangers , ample direct light over the kitchen table/sink.

Very spacious, very clean and tidy, definitely recommend. Konak pier close by. Very humble and nice staff. Always ready to assist and help.

This is a good 3* star, but needs a deep clean.

Huge room. Comfortable bed. Decent wifi

Massive issue with cleaning. On arrival, our room had peanuts on on the floor, hair on the desk, the shower head is absolutely disgusting and needs to be deep cleaned. There was lipstick on the mugs, bathroom walls are dirty.

Hospitable and friendly service in a clean and co.fortable stay in Izmir

The staff members were super friendly and hospitable, making sure our stay was comfortable, offering local restaurant suggestions, taking care of our parking and car every morning, providing laundry services etc. Definitely a lovely stay in Izmir!

Superb

Great value for money, the room was very spacious and the location was great. Was great for a short stay. Staff were very helpful.

Few things seemed old/broken in the room (the bathroom door, the kettle, the sofa).

Disappointing

friendly reception, parking available

The property is pretty shabby. Bed linen was stained. there were stains of mold on the ceiling, too. one stick of coffee was offered for 2 guests. pretty poor experience altogether for 50€

We liked the pictures on the booking site, it looked like a funky hotel

The reality was somewhat faded, laminate floor was wrecked from a previous flood. And the whole room was in need or repair.

Superb

Large room, private parking near the hotel, no fee, there is an elevator. The bathroom is large, the center is close, 20-30 min walk. Metro and a place to eat at 5 min.

needs a revamp/renovation

staff were friendly. parking convenient

we weren’t given blankets so it was very cold at night. the property is in need of renovation with floors quite chipped. the water was lukewarm and the overhead shower was not working.

Acceptable accomodation suitable for a short stay

The staff was really friendly, helpful and caring!!! Hotel has easily accessable parking spots. Rooms have a sink and some dishes.

The rooms seem to be a little worn and shabby. So the pictures in the hotels description don‘t portray the actual condition of the rooms. The important stuff (bedsheet, pillow, towel etc.) is really clean though!!!

Very good

I chose this location for the second time and for the second year in a row because of the impression from a year ago. The staff at the reception was very kind, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, but the sofa bed was broken [it could not be extended]. The parking space [behind the hotel] was not a problem even if I arrived at the location a little later.

The air conditioner needs repair, also the kitchenette should be better equipped. The room should be renovated a little in places.

No regrets!

We went in augustus-2022 with a baby for 10 days. The hotel staff is very friendly, its like a second home. The family room is very comfortable and hygienic. The restaurants and shops nearby are compared to Cesme and Alacati more affordable. The shopping centers are 10-20min driving distance. Alacati is with the bus 40min. We recommend this place and would love to come back.

Was perfect price for what you get.

It was a big room with comfy furnitures. Friendly and helpfull staff. Location was close to the center.

Terrible Hotel Service! Stay Away!

First of all I would like to say this! they took my full payment without my permission from my bank account! I wanted to pay at the property before confirming my reservation! 1) The room was not the same room they sold me in the app! 2) I also wanted to check in at 11:00 before arriving, they confirmed this but when we arrived in the hotel reception said the room is not ready, someone is still staying inside room. 3) After the reception said that, don't worry make your room clean and ready as soon as possible. 4) After waiting 10 minutes they said your room is ready but we're shocked because a cleaning a room doesn't take as long as 10 minutes! 5) When we enter the room. The room was not the same room we paid for it! and it wasn't clean! they just tidied up bed and mats, no chemicals used and polishing! Some of the room pieces and walls, floor, sofa was very old, broken, spilled 6) We found traces of sperm on the pillow and sofa this is disgusting! 7) After the second day we asked for clean towels and toilet papers from reception but receptionist said I can give toilet papers but can't promise towels!

Home away from home

The hotel has a large barrier parking lot and very spacious and modern suites. Both receptionists were met were very kind and helpful. We especially liked the spacious walk-in shower, the individually-controlled AC, the kitchenette, the balcony and the full-length mirror. We found cold water upon arrival and we were offered cold water when we left for our journey. The main sights of Izmir are within walking distance, but you can also grab the subway. This accommodation feels like home.

Some pieces of furniture and the floor were a little worn out. My personal opinion is that a glass door for the bathroom is not practical at all and offer little to no privacy.

The hotel room is very big and very comfortable, I think it's worth the price, the staff is very friendly, and would like to stay again

The only dissatisfaction is that the sound of the air conditioner is very loud, it should be a malfunction, but we were very tired during the two nights we stayed and fell asleep quickly. Under normal circumstances, this noise will affect sleep
