部屋がきれいだった。

大浴場が汚かった。外国人客が多く宿泊するのであれば、外国人向けに入浴する際の注意点やマナーをしっかりわかる様にした方が良いと思う。お風呂に垢がいっぱい浮いていてガッカリ😞

Good for just an overnight stay. Room is spacious, breakfast was okay.

Right in front of the train station. Friendly staff and spacious rooms.

Hotel seems a little old but well kept. The room was a little warm, air conditioning wasn't cooling the room that much.

Bad business practices make this a bad choice.

We were so angry that we did not enjoy staying here at all.

Do not stay at this hotel! I booked the hotel on May 5, and on May 20, just before check-in at 14:14, the manager called and told us the large public bath was out of order and that it just happened. After we arrived and paid, we got in the elevator and saw a sign that said that the bath was closed from April 25 to May 31. The problem did not JUST happen, the general manager called us at the last minute on purpose, knowing it was impossible to change hotels on a Saturday night, and blatantly lied to us. They do not deserve decent customers. And, although the hotel is acceptable, and clean (except for the windows, which were filthy), it is much older than the photos show. As for other negatives, on our arrival, a large non-Japanese tour group was being extremely loud in the lobby. Fortunately, they did not seem to be on our floor and did not affect our stay.

Reasonable price not far from airport

Good place to stay near Nagoya airport, 2 stations riding train. Big Aeon mall nearby. Room are big and cozy

No shuttle bus, just train and taxi

Very close to Chubu Centrair Airport. Good to stay for morning flight. Twin bed is so wide!!!

This was a last minute hotel we booked as were running out of options & wanted an onsen. This hotel had parking onsite which was a plus. The staff were super nice, I think Phillipinos & we had a high level floor & this was a non shoe hotel from lift entrance which I think is quite good. The actual room was basic with a slightly raised platform which was set us as a tatami style however, not a real tatami room. The Onsen was basically just a hot water spa however, it was big with three options & nice so very comfortable. Slept well & in the morning after check out we went to a massive Aeon mall passing by a train station as well, nearby also there is a island floating airport which we didn't know was there until we saw a plane come in to land. Plenty to do at the mall.

Over all, i like it very much! Thanks to the hotel 💖

I like that the staff is so friendly and Approachable. Even to foreign people or Japanese. They treat them equally. 👌 I also like that the Hotel is 24hrs open. They also have a Massage chair at the Basement Floor and you can use it for Free! The morning buffet was so also delicious. Also I like that the hotel is near the station.

Well, for me I Just don't like that the hotel is far from the Beach 😅

Old style hotel in a convenient location.

Room: old style big, there are TV board and real desk in room. Bed: Quilt with white cover. Close to Rail station and popular tourist spots.

Toilet: old style, sink over toilet. Not the new separated type. During peak season, no daily cleaning service if you stay within 3 days. Has public bath/ fake onsen, but very very small. (Only allow maybe 2-4 people in the tub) You can hear the other people screaming in the room next to you, and the sound of people talking passing by your room could also be heard easily. Paid breakfast is not very delicious, and children above 6yrs old have no discount.

Great stay. Would definitely go again.

Good spacious room. Breakfast was liked by all. We enjoyed the bath.

The pillow and bed were a bit too hard.
