Over all I would recommend.

Big rooms with living space and very nice work desk which is always a plus.

The bathroom had empty body wash and the beds were just okay.

Very tactless manager.

It was okay.

The manager, a black man with long hair, could not find our reservation. I had the confirmation number and all on my phone. He continued to be contrite. I asked if he could reserve another room for us. He said no. I asked why not and he said, “don’t give me your attitude.” I asked about his attitude and turned to walk away. He loudly exclaimed that he would not help me until I “chilled.” My eleven year old grandson and husband heard every word. Our plan had been to return to the same place after visiting family in Wyoming. Instead, we stayed at the Hampton inn where everyone was very cordial. Marriott should be ashamed.

Would stay again due to location for Budweiser events centre

Property was clean and well presented

Breakfast was limited choice and felt if you weren’t down sharp then it took an eternity if at all to reload. Room hadn’t been turned around in 3 day stay

Definitely won’t stay at this Springhill Suites again.

The coffe was good and the staff was friendly.

Bathroom was not clean, couch was dirty and had to be covered to sit on it. The bed felt like we were sleeping at a decline

Superb

This place was excellent. Our room accommodated 5 and our poodle. The closet was a walk In and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was great!

Unclean and smelly

Location was perfect.

The room smelled absolutely awful,the couch cushions were nasty, the room had other people's trash in it, and other people's hair all over. It is clear that the housekeeping staff doesn't do their jobs.

Location was good for my business. Close to restaurants. Hotel was decent.

Didn’t get room booked. Told oversold, and I got moved to smaller room because I used a third party to book. Internet was terrible!! The wifi was so bad it was basically unusable. Had to use phone as hotspot just to answer email.

Beautiful Hotel!

The property was clean and renovated! The staff was amazing. So nice. The rooms were nice as well and there is plenty of parking

The bed was a little uncomfortable but otherwise it was great.
