Not so good

When booking, it shows there is bathtub, but actually there isn't ! Even asked the staff, they said no. Dishonest!

Overall we were happy with the facility.

Location was close to many downtown attractions. The front desk staff were great! Breakfast was ok and the lady who made sure there was food and kept the dining area clean was also great! For our purposes the valet parking was good for us as we were in and out a number of times each day. The valet attendants very nice and helpful.

We were there for a 2 night stay and housekeeping never visited our room. We didn’t necessarily need our bed mad but clean towels would have been nice! A more comfortable chair in the room would have been nice also!

Disappointing get away

Location was good and decent breakfast.

Was given a room that was being painted (Cart was in the room at arrival and strong smell) and room was not cleaned when we were told it would be. Shower had very bad water pressure and was not very clean. Drain was disgusting as well as the grout.

I might stay again if breakfast was included.

The room was very nice. The location was ideal for Bucks game and walkable to lots of dining options

There was no breakfast made available and we were depending on eating before leaving on our long drive home. The valet was extremely busy and was difficult to understand the process. We parked our own car and later gave keys.

A pleasant stay at downtown of Milwaukee

The room was more spacious than I expected from pictures on websites and they allowed to checkin early before noon! The breakfast was included and was meeting my expectation. I enjoyed the stay overall.

The receptionist gave me a room that was not cleaned at first but quickly resolved afterwards.

This hotel is about as barebones ugly as it gets. For what our room cost, it was a huge disappointment.

The beverages like coffee and juices were great. Also the food selection was good, could use a waffle griddle.

the breakfast was ok. when we got to the breakfast the eggs were kind of dry like they had been there awhile, did not care for the canadian bacon.

i thought it was terrible that we did not get any discount for the garage we had to park in for the hotel. it was basically 20.00 a day additional to park and every time we had to go back in regardless if we had just paid 20.00, we had to pay again to go and leave again. The other thing we were not used to was that we were supposed to tell them if we needed our room cleaned, so we ended up with a bunch of wet towels in our room because of this. We ended up calling front desk to see about new fresh towels which was really inconvenient. I feel they should at least come in and get the towels clean bathroom and do a little tidy up but don't have to clean the whole room and we weren't expecting them to.

Perfect location for conference in Milwaukee

Comfortable hotel in very good condition (renovated). Nice hotel staff, clean and quiet room, big bathroom. Breakfast selection was OK. Direct bridge connection to Hyatt & Milwaukee Center. All in all a very good price-performance package.

cozy comfortable room. Bathroom/shower were spacious and nice. Beds were very comfortable.

Would be nice to have more than 2 cups for coffee/water in the room.
