Great location

The air conditioner in Room 125 was broken. We reported it and maintenance cleaned the filter. It was cooler for a short time but went back to being very warm. We also had Room 123 and the air was very cool there.

Great location, area full of restaurants & cafes and well connected to downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room size.

We got a queen room with sofa bed but when sofa bed opened for kids access to room door was almost blocked. Not enough towels and pillows when arrived. Breakfast terrible experience, food disappointed but the worst part it was size of area, more than fifty people trying to get their food from a 9x9 square feet area.

It was a good breakfast if you don’t have any allergies.

The location was fabulous. The breakfast was just okay. We ended up going out for crepes and pastries which was close by. The room was comfortable but could use an update. Everything was in walking distance which was great. Cirque du soleil was very close so we purchased tickets and went in afternoon. Would stay here again.

There were only 2 elevators and one broke down on Friday so that slowed things down when trying to leave hotel. We took the stairs a few times to avoid the wait.

The location is fantastic being in the centre of Old Montreal Free late checkout as compensation towards a previous booking being cancelled by the hotel with only 2 hours notice .Very inconvenient at 11pm on Easter weekend as we were enroute in the air at the time so arrived at Montreal airport to an email saying our rooms were cancelled

We have to wait long time for the room to be ready at the check up. But When we got the room wasn't clean, not soap,champu and towels for the room. the coffee maker wasn't clean and not coffee neither cups available

Breakfast was great. Had just enough selection to satisfy each (5) family member. Room was clean and spacious for our purpose (24 hrs in old Montreal). Location was perfect.

Pull out sofa was by far worst I’ve ever experienced.

The location was perfect because we were going to an event at the old port.
