Overall a really great stay.

The property was newly built and well maintained.

Bathroom tiles were slippery. Parking was $20. It was very secure and private, but I prefer having free options with the property. There weren’t any parking lots associated with SpringHill. There was only one-the-street parking.

Great stay - modern, clean, comfortable, and safe!

Breakfast was perfect. Good, warm, fresh food and the coffee was good too! I also liked all the open spaces to sit and read a book, visit with friends, lots of natural light/windows, spacious and clean fitness center, and safe neighborhood. Staff was professional and courteous. Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice hotel that needs to figure out the parking situation

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good

Had to pay for parking. I’m sorry but if you are paying to stay somewhere parking should be included in the price. When checking in it was never even mentioned that we had to pay for parking.

Great location for the west side of Madison. Great breakfasts.

A great location for visiting family on the west side of Madison. While you can pay to park at the hotel, you can also park for free on the street or at the Hilldale Mall. The included breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We would greatly appreciate it if the hotel increased the number of times in the week it cleans the rooms. Otherwise we had no complaints and will return to it in the future.

Very very clean hotel in great location and I felt very safe in the environment. Will be back.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The bed linens were awesome. I usually do not like Hotel pillows but your pillows are again awesome!!

I wish the rooms were $100.00 a night but that would not work!!

It’s a nice hotel, but way overpriced. They charged me $250 for. MONDAY NIGHT in April. Will stay on Capitol Square next time for same price.

Lovely hotel with wonderful amenities!

Located in a nice spot, close to shopping and restaurants. It also had ample sitting areas and large spaces to get together with others.

honestly best hotel I’ve stayed at yet! Worth every dollar!

cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in!! staff were very friendly and had no problem making my extra accommodations possible! love how private and secluded it felt! parking garage is a major plus!!

No AC. Room temp reached 79 degrees. Unbearable. Had to switch rooms at 3:00AM. Considered a trip to

A variety of fruit to choose from would have been helped.
