I liked the access to the trolley, breakfast and friendly staff. The overall experience was good.

Free breakfast worth every penny. Bit of a nuisance having to take two elevators to get to room from lobby.

The breakfast was a good setup and the location was great.

The room was unacceptable and the lighting was terrible. The front desk clerk said they book another stay in my room. They put us in a handicapped accessible room which was too small.

Had a fantastic weekend and enjoyed the stay.

Huge size rooms

Tiny towels, bar had no stock, pool was dirty, breakfast room super hot and tiny so people had to eat in the lobby

Staff, room was modern and clean

Good location

It was not very clean. There were stains on the carpets in the hallways. The floors creaked. The bathroom had hair clippings all on the floor. There were questionable stains on the couch and the bed sheets. There was no fitted sheet on the bed, only the mattress protector, flat sheet, and comforter. The room was hot and took all night to cool off. There were extra charges and when I simply asked about them and why my card was charged more than the receipt I received, the staff became confrontational and defensive immediately.
