We love the professionalism and hospitality of the staffs especially the receptionist, MS. NICOLLE, who always cater our needs and requests as quick as she can, she is very lovely and polite too. Location is very accessible to the airport and city center.

The bathroom was smelly, it was coming from the drain, something has to be done about it, it was such a turn-off for such a high-end hotel.

Philippines has a "law" that provides senior citizens 20% discount on all purchases and are exempt from paying value-added tax (VAT) on specific items and services that they will only use. Additionally, senior citizens will be given discounts on transportation costs, lodging costs, dining establishments, leisure pursuits, and funeral services. There were four seniors in my party. The hotel uses all online reservations to flagrantly violate this law. Should the hotels and online reservation businesses not takes steps to remedy this, I will file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. Finally, WiFi was inoperable, hot water was unavailable, towels had stains, and a bath matt towel was not available with one of our parties

No hot water. Foreigners love hot water the sink had hot water but the shower is on a timer with hot water so you need to shower at specific times that's weird for us

The hotel was new and it was linked to a mall.

The floor tiles has moisture due to the air conditioning. I suggest replacing them with carpet or other tiles that absorb moisture. In addition, the hotel needs to improve their housekeeping. I noticed that the room has dirty linen and dirty face towels. Also, there were no dental kits in the toilet.
