Pleasant, comforting and clean!

The place was clean and cosy. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Lighting in the apartment was bright and air con was strong. Toilet was clean and the water pressure was good. Tv had Netflix and we were surprised to discover that there was a tv in each bedroom other than the one in the living room. Price for four pax was very reasonable. It was a bonus for us that they provided daily breakfast. Overall, all four of us were really happy with our stay at Sun River Hotel and Apartment!

Just a few minor things that can be improved on are installing sockets with adaptor so guests don’t have to use their travel adaptors, and perhaps installing soft-closing for the main door (it’s quite stiff when closing it). Would be nice if they consider having bedside lamps in the bedrooms as well :)

Value for money, nice and quiet location, spacious and clean room.

Located in a quiet area of Da Nang, surrounded by many coffee shops and places to eat, it's perfect if you want a relaxing holiday. Staff are very friendly, morning breakfast is ok for what you paid for. The room is nice and spacious and clean, great for family and kids friendly as we travel with 2 kids. About 8 mins away from Da Nang beach district and good place to explore local business. We would definitely stay here next time.

Decent hotel with friendly staf

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and they are really trying to help you. Their english speaking skills could be better however. The location is about 5 minutes from the beach witch is spectacular.

The breakfast selection is a bit slim. The coffee was the worst i have experienced in my life. The view of the room was straight in to another building and the "balcony" is not a balcony. You can not spend any time on it since it is about the space of a bag.

Very good

First thing is the rooms are huge! It’s great value for money as you have an entire flat for an amazing price. The rooms were also very clean and we enjoyed having the bedroom closed off to the other living area.

Unfortunately the location isn’t great, it was a little difficult to walk to places but that’s not the hotels fault! Just something to keep in mind with booking.

Worth every penny! Will come again!

Very nice staff and the vibe in the accomedation. Room is just like on the pictures. Location is 10min walk from the beach and 15min walk to the restaurant area.

Not many restaurants close to the hotel (500m or so), but even that is not a problem, because food on Grab is so cheap and good.

If not for humidity it would have been the best apartment

The location was very nice, close to the beach, it was pretty quiet. The size of the room, amount of storage, quality of the furniture was amazing! It's a proper decent apartment with a balcony.

Breakfast was okey, but quite limited, could have had more western food options. My room on the 5th floor smelled of damp. A lot! In the mornings windows were wet, and even bed linen felt a bit damp. It was during rainy season but I doubt the smell will go away.

Excellent in Everyway 5 star

Sun River Apartments was fantastic in every way. The apartment was just as in the pictures exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, good quality linen and fluffy white towels changed everyday. The quality of the furnishings was very good and in good condition. The staff are also extremely polite and go out of their way to help. I have an allergy to MSG so when I mentioned this at breakfast the staff made a tremendous effort to produce food without MSG, and met me every morning to explain the dishes, this is amazing and very much appreciated by me, so thank you all at Sun River Apartments. This is a true gem to find in Vietnam. We highly recommend Sun River Apartments.

Excellent apartment. Spotlessly clean. Great kitchen and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows and linen. Good location. Staff were very good. Would stay here again for sure.
