Very good

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and out were quick. They gave us an upgrade, great room. Comfortable, clean and small kitchenette. Hallways were clean and nicely done too. Easy to park.

Currently under construction, so we were not able to try any other amenities or food of the hotel.

Maintenance man tried to enter our room while we were still sleeping. They need to pay more attention to booked rooms.

Not happy with add on Municipal room tax or marketing surcharge. Tax and fees made up 1/3 of extras

Room was clean

vinyl floor was loose and not glued well throughout the bathroom.

Would not stay again.

Have stayed here multiple times before, always enjoyed it. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Newly renovated room was appealing to the eye. Love the blinds and how it blocked out daylight so well. Great size TV.

Mattress was uncomfortable. Temperature control was excessively loud everytime it cycled on or off, awoken so many times in the night even with a white noise machine going. Bathroom floor and sink were not clean, hair and dust left behind.

Superb

The bed was so comfy; the room was very spacious; the bathroom was really nice; other amenities were nice.

There was dust on the second shelf when we first went in; there was a water leak on the wall behind the toilet; for such a great hotel, the toilet paper and kleenex were inferior; the shelf in the shower for the soap was wide wire so the small soap kept falling through to the floor.

Newly renovated. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Newly renovated room was very comfortable and clean

High ceilings combined with an only.partially carpeted floor meant voices and noise echoed through the room and seemed louder than expected. The tiled floor is easier to keep clean but some sort of sound deadening on the upper walls would help.

It was a roomy space with a comfy seating area & it was quiet.

The room had been recently renovated & it had a comfortable seating area.

Driving in there was much construction happening to that end of the building & at first I thought it was closed as I didn’t see signage to continue driving to the new office entrance.

You get what you pay for

Let’s just say you get what you pay for. Beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE but that’s about the only positive thing I can say lol.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so I’m willing to give them some grace for the things we didn’t like. That said, our room was extremely dirty and was “neat” but not clean - there were tons of stains everywhere, dust bunnies rolling on the floor, and even hair all over the bathroom. The air circulation of the room was extremely cold and dry and left us sniffling all weekend. These aren’t exactly deal breakers and we had an otherwise pleasant stay, but definitely disappointing.
