Would not stay again. Plenty of better options

Location

Photos did not reflect the hotel. The hotel is old and not maintained. Small and old. Most items in the gym were broken. Rooms were small and did not look like pictures.

Okayish.

The view at the breakfast room, the location, friendly and helpful staff.

The swimming pool iron bars are very dangerous on both sides, it's almost falling off. It's also only for one person as it is not that wide, strange size.

Emplacement idéal, petit déjeuner délicieux !

L’emplacement était vraiment idéal. Tout était à proximité et pouvait se faire à pieds. La petit déjeuner était également somptueux. Il y avait plusieurs choses différentes et tout était vraiment excellent. La vue depuis la dernier étage est magnifique et permet d’admirer les couchers de soleil.

Le soir, la piscine n’est pas éclairée et donc cela rend un peu sombre. Il fait assez chaud dans l’espace fitness et piscine car c’est à moitié fermé mais cela n’est pas très embêtant et la piscine permet de bien se rafraîchir :)

Séjour parfait en famille

Le personnel est adorable et disponible ! Mention spéciale au personnel du petit déjeuner qui est vraiment au petit soin ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et bon L'hôtel est très bien situé Les chambres sont confortables et propres. L'offre de spa est génial, le massage était fabuleux!

Super séjour

Personnels super sympa, pro, et tellement gentils et souriants. Accès à la piscine, PDJ inclus vu sur la ville Spa et massage dans l’hôtel super bien Douche proposée avant l’avion très agréable Proche du lac mais calme malgré l’effervescence de la ville

Family of four

This was our last night in Hanoi and this hotel did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. Pool was nice and clean, great size to cool off. The views from the roof were spectacular during the day and night. As our flight was early the next day, the staff allowed us to head to the restaurant earlier. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and delicious.

Gute Lage im Old Quarter mit sehr nettem Personal

Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe. Herrlicher Blick von den oberen Stockwerken auf das Old Quarter, wo man wirklich mittendrin ist. Üppiges Frühstück mit vielen Varianten.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt häufig etwas abgenutzt. Restaurant nur morgens zum Frühstück nutzbar, das Gym hat leider kaum funktionierende Geräte.

Great value for money for a lovely staff in old quarters, even has a rooftop pool!

Perfect location for the busy old quarters, staff were always super friendly and bed was really comfy!

Shower took a long time to heat up and hair dryer was broken so asked for a replacement in room.

Really great as we were in the centre of things in the old quarter and we had a most enjoyable time!

Thé location. The service, especially Alice, Hayley and Kevin who were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb! Good fast lift.

No rooftop bar as advertised on website. Heated pool would have been nice.

Comfortable hotel. in Hanoi.

The staff were polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. So convenient to everywhere. Definitely will stay in this hotel again. Strongly recommended.

There is no view from the windows. The swimming pool is small.

Great location walking distance to bars and food. Had room with balcony whch was great to watch the life of Hanoi pass by.

Breakfast was up two flight of stairs for young ones ok but for a couple of oldies bit challenge.

Fantastic hotel close to all attractions.

Superb

Really tasty and diverse breakfast, great pool with a view, terrace in the evening. Great location on the edge of the old quarter. Rooms ok, spacious enough.

All good, nothing to complain. A tiny accident with a pool during our stay, quite nervous but we all ended up ok. The staff don't speak English too good, but they try their best. Just to let you know, the gym by the pool is small but equipped well enough. It looks nice but is actually outdoors. It was simply too hot to work out in that weather.

The perfect stay in Hanoi

The location is perfect, close to everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, restaurant and rooftop pool have the best views in Hanoi. Breakfast food selection is also excellent and the staff is very polite and helpful, always there to help out with anything needed. This is my 5th stay here and I never had an issue and was always happy with everything.

The location I just awesome , we did not need any kind of transportation to get around. Where ever we wanted to go, we walked , the staff was really friendly and they guided us and provided us with a map and marked it for us to where we wanted to go , we really enjoyed the stay , The breakfast spread was ideal to start the day . If you really want to explore Hanoi , this is the place to stay I give them 10 out of 10

grand place to be central to the sites

breakfast was sufficient each morning , location walking distance around the old quarter staff very helpful and friendly two English movie channels

very disappointed with the pool it looked filthy and green so we couldn’t swim the sun lounge area be it winter was shaded and under a roof and the gym was small and requested you to remove your shoes prior to using it .. the spa was pricey in comparison to street prices and the room was basic and old fashioned but fit for purpose.

Pleasant stay

Excellent stay and friendly staff. Belgium beer around the corner. 5 minutes walk from the lake.

The central aircon system did not want to go cold setting.

Lovely central Hanoi hotel

The staff are amazing, so friendly and happy to help with anything you need. They helped us to arrange a trip to Ha Long Bay and a bus to continue our travels to Phong Nha. The room is comfortable and spacious and the breakfast is really good, lots of choice and delicious food. Special thanks to Tom, Alice and Harry for all their help during our stay! The location is in the old quarter and is a perfect base for exploring the city, with two small shops opposite for buying water and snacks. We would recommend staying here!

The pool area was a bit tired so we didn't use it, sometimes the room was full of condensation from the shower and the fan wouldn't clear it
