We had a great 2 night stay in Canmore.

The unit was clean and staff were friendly. Location was good for walking to restaurants and downtown.

Door to unit was difficult to open. 5 o’clock check in.

Nice apartment for a big family. 2 separate bedrooms (a small one without a window). 2 bath + tube (we don't use it). Full kitchen and laundry. I liked that the dishwasher and laundry had starters for cleaning and washing. Price Owerall is high, but it's for all Banff/Canmore. 400 CAD - it was the cheapest that I could find for my family with 2 bedrooms

For price 400 CAD staff could provide better service. Check-in too late (5pm) and check-out too early (10-00 am). They told that it's because of COVID. But I believe for summer 2023 they should prepared better

I liked the room very much everything was well done

On the first morning when out for breakfast, sewer water back up out of the drain. I alerted the front desk. But no one came to fix. I was unable to shower on my final day.

Perfect one night away in Canmore!

The staff were amazing with really good communication before we even arrived. Clear instructions when we checked in, fantastic and convenient parking. The room was even better than I thought it would be with a large seating area, kitchen and the jacuzzi tub was perfect.

The property was not flexible to the guest and not accommodating.

The jetted tub was convenient to have inside the master bedroom because the pool/hot tub is in a separate building. The rooms were decent size, we have a great view of the mountain from out suite

We stayed on room 201. Inside the master room, there was loud nose coming from a room next door. It's so loud that was difficult to stay asleep and relax in our room. the hallway from the front door to the living room is narrow. When we arrived, the heating was off, we didn't know so on our first night were cold. The checkin time is 5pm, when I called to asked for earlier checkin ahead of time, the receptionist told me I would need to pay $40 if I want guarantee early check in at 1pm. 5pm checkin time is way too late considering the property is catering for family. I have a 2 year old boy and we travelled to stay there, we have a long drive and we just wanted to be able to relax after a long day, but instead we have to wait until 5 to checkin. We rented a 2bedroom suite, there were 4 adults and 1 child, they only provided us with 2 robes. There should be 4 robes since we paid for 4 adults and since their pool/hot tub is in a separate building. The booking itself was non-refundable, which is inconvenient.

beautiful room with great access to stores and downtown Canmore

easy walk to downtown Canmore and great access to the highway for a drive to Banff and many trails. staff was friendly and the room was nicely furnished and suppplied

room temperature was a little tricky to control (too warm) although the fans provided in the room did help. it would also be nice to have darkening curtains in the main bedroom to keep out more light.

The beds were comfortable, the condo was spacious and modern. It had a full kitchen with everything needed and a washer and dryer too. The mountain views on the balcony were great.

There are too many different codes to remember to get into the pool, parking garage, main doors, condo, elevators. I feel like anyone older would be overwhelmed. A swipe card is easier and more secure. The pool was in a different building, so in winter we needed to bundle up the kids and then there was a bathroom, but no changeroom at the pool and nowhere secure to put your belongings. The games room was missing equipment needed to play several of the games which left my young kids disappointed.

excellent value, great room, would stay again!

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, excellent kitchen facilities, kids loved the slide and games room. great views from balcony.

dirty nappy under my bedside table, but to be fair you’d have to move the table to find it. heating seemed to be stuck on warm, we had to keep owning the door to cool things down.

Jacuzzi is awesome. Very spacious condo!

Loved the amount of space in the condo! We made use of the pull out couch too. Very comfy. Also, the jacuzzi in the bedroom was incredible! Such a treat.

It was quite hot in the condo, even with the thermostat turned way down. The shared hot tub was very busy as several different buildings use it, but a cool experienxe that it goes from inside to outside.

Overall it was a great place to stay, we enjoyed the use of the pools.

It was a very nice apartment. The master bedroom was very spacious. So was the second bedroom. The kitchen and Livingroom was very spacious.

We used the pull out bed but it was very uncomfortable. The mattress was too thin, every metal bar and spring was felt it would have been better to sleep on the floor. I did also find black hair on the sheets in the master bedroom.

Great family stay in Fall Rockies!

Check in was smooth. Well explained. We got free room upgrade and I’m very thankful for it! It was lovely surprise. The room was clean, spacious and the mountain view was awesome. Pool was ideal for family, just few steps outside of the building (bathrobes in room were so neat) and it had small kids area, big pool with slide and hot tub partially outside! I would love to stay again in the future. One little think I want to mention is that we couldn’t fit our car in the underground garage because of the rack on our rooftop but we got parking spot on the outside parking lot.
