Would definitely stay again.

Hotel and rooms were clean. Free breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. Great location and value.

Views weren’t great, it’s located behind a Dollar General and all I saw were stacked boxes. But it was right next door to a really fun putt putt course.

Enjoyable

This was our second stay at this location and we enjoy the location to Dollywood, but when we stay here it has dominos pizza and a Hardee’s within walking distance or driving if you choose without having to get out on the parkway. Also there is a dollar general directly next to hotel for any forgotten essentials. The breakfast in the morning is delicious.

Nothing to say bad about the property, and it’s not bad but parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle. This stay the only issue we ran into was the first room we were given was marked as clean in the computer but when we walked in was definitely not cleaned. The guy at the front desk was apologetic and quickly switched our room. This property will definitely be our first choice to look at for future over night stays after a full day at Dollywood.

Room was dirty, shower did not work, housekeeping left our door open all day, fire alarm went off for an hour, breakfast was nasty.

One of the worst places I have stayed

Nothing honestly.

The rooms are super small the beds move around too easily and very uncomfortable mattresses . The furniture looks like an animal has been chewing on them. We could never get anybody to bring us fresh towels unless we had to go all the way downstairs to ask for them. And not to mention, most of the towels had holes in them. Our room was covered in crumbs. And the floor was sticky. I will never stay here again.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, good breakfast, and great location within walking distance too many places. Mini golf right next door very convenient

Elevator was very slow, would have rather not had room connected our room.

Over all it was a good start for a great price.

The property was close to everything.

There was long black hairs everywhere. We had hair on the bed and floor. Completely disgusting . We had to use a towel that was hanging up and wet it then use that towel to no the floor and it was VERY dirty and someone’s hair everywhere.

We were booked for 4 nights but only stayed one night because of staff being unresponsive.

Night shift clerk was unresponsive when we called him about our tv remote not working. Never came to our room to fix it.

Food was not what the reviews stated, The man at the front desk was not a caring person horrible customer service and he lied The 1st room had a horrible view and was connected to another room with a loud woman next door, we did not ask for a connected room. The second room the bed had a wet spot on sheets better view but once again connected room with a baby next door

Overall was a great experience and will be staying there again.

The room, location, staff, and property was great. We were there for Rod Run and the location put us in the middle of everything so we were able to walk to all the places that we wanted to see.

It seems like some of the guest on our floor wanted to run through the hall and play outside our room door all hours of the night. Not an issue with the hotel just people not having consideration for others.

I was close to the strip.

Bed was never made the 3 days we was there. People down the hall was smoking pot and it was in the hallway. One of the guys at the front desk had a attitude when my key wouldn’t work on the room door.
