A good, quiet, clean and neat place to stay with a large, comfortable room

The room was very spacious with a large bed and roomy shower. Even though the decor was not anything special, everything was neat, clean and not broken or crumbling like in most other motels I’ve stayed at. The free breakfast was a nice extra.

We needed to cancel our reservation and the hotel and the hotel wouldn’t which is bs. The shower is small bed is hard pillows are tiny. Wouldn’t ever stay again and I know my opinion doesn’t matter but you should pass this on.

I wish they would have readjust my roommate since I only stay 1 night.

Location to my event

That I checked in on Saturday due to travel wasn't able to travel and check in on Friday. Didn't get rate adjustment for my stay. Even when I called and made rearrangement the night before.

Overall excellent owners and comfortable and clean room.

The owners are very nice and friendly. The hotel is spotless and you can smell the cleaners when you walk in. Housekeeping every day which was nice. We were put on the third floor so it would be quiet which was much appreciated.

Said there was breakfast, cereal and bread. We went out each day. Would have liked more variety.

Have very low expectations

Good price, the AC worked, dark out curtains

Very tired property. Typical owner negligence with trash and construction materials left by front entrance . Part of sidewalk redone literally looked like school kids did it. Property reflects cheap price.

Nice place if you don’t want to spend a lot.

Great quiet location, easy to find. HVAC worked well, TV easy to figure out. Elevator worked well and wasn’t slow. Plenty of hot water.

In-house phone had broken cord, meager breakfast, juice, coffee, DIY waffles, scrambled eggs.

We will never stay here again. We will gladly pay a little more for a better environment.

Didn't eat it. We just wanted coffee. The coffee in the room was decaf!! In the dining area they only had powdered creamer. Gross.

The halls are not carpeted so you can here every single footstep and luggage as if it were right in your room. We were awaken by beeps and conversations from the breakfast area. We could hear exactly what they were saying as if they were in our room.

Bad

Everything was terrible manager rude, room was filthy. If you have pets he'll put you on 3rd floor even when requested bottom floor. Absolutely terrible do not stay here!!

Staff very personable and friendly.

Room could of been a little cleaner (stains on the sheets), there were only 4 small throw pillows on the bed so we had to go to Walmart and buy some real pillows. Haha

The location was great. No issues checking in/out. the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work well. Free internet service. Room was clean

Not much of a breakfast, the pool/jacuzzi where out of order. o the room felt warm. the air conditioning didn't work well so the room felt warm. The filters on the air conditioning need changing

This property was very poorly maintained, no pool available, no ice/vending machines on 2nd floor

We liked the location, it was just close enough to town to get to easily and the surrounding woods with trees was the only good thing about the site!.

There was supposed to be breakfast included with our payment but when we went to lobby in morning at 8:30 there was just a bowl of fruit and coffee service. He asked the desk clerk if there was an actual breakfast and the clerk handed him a kid sized Hostess coffee cake. We were also charged extra for bringing our dog although the booking confirmation didn't mention a charge, just said dog friendly.

Nice room very comfortable and quite staff friendly and helpful

Was hard to find in the dark signs off in the trees. Smoke detector went off at 3am but not managers fault would stay again
